   Never had an issue with PJ's Burton but, tonight sadly lost a customer. They have swapped over to uber drivers, the pizza took a 10 minute detour through Stapenhill before getting to me and then, the delivery person rang the bell and left it on a bush in the garden!!! And drove off. Called the the store to be told without proof nothing they can do. So a cold pizza collected out of the front garden will be our last.

   This was a fantastic joint to grab dinner, with themed signs and slogans around Papa John's across the walls! The service was very fast and staff were welcoming, really enjoyed the Chicken, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Jalapenos and Ranch pizza it left me stuffed though.

   I ordered food at midnight didn’t receive it at all I called and asked when it would be arriving and I got hanged up on . Absolutely do not recommend customer service was terrible didn’t get my food nor a refund

   A truly awful experience, food was delivered over an hour and a half late. When it finally arrived it was all cold. All the cheese tasted sour and made it inedible. When I called up afterwards they had no manager on site and wouldn’t help. No one could stomach the food and it went in the bin. We then ordered a dominoes. Eventually I had a call back and I was reimbursed fully and given a free meal. I will not be claiming my free meal.

   I use Papa Johns at least once a month and I have never had a bad pizza. They are more expensive than other pizza places but the quality and taste is second to none. They still beat Dominos on price and taste. I would recommend you download the papa johns app as you get amazing promotions and gain reward points that can buy sides or a whole pizza.
