   The service is terrible. Several times now they’ve delivered incomplete orders — once they forgot the wrap, another time they lost a can of Coke. Every time they promise a refund, but I’ve never received it.

   The only way to really describe this branch is diabolical. In general the pizzas are below average but the last two of three orders were outright wrong, and not just a little bit wrong. Wrong toppings, undercooked yet stale dough, and utterly disgusting - even my dog who will eat anything rejected it. Tonight was the last order from Domino’s and I’m not sure what’s worse, their pizzas or the current UK Conservative Party.

   Complete shambles. Would like to give zero stars…Ordered and paid online. After nearly 2 hours and still no delivery and nobody answering the phone went to the store. A surly member of staff shrugged his shoulders and said the order had been cancelled as he didnt have time to make it. No hint of an apology, just a rude ignorant couldn’t care less attitude. Despite at least 5 members of staff and only one of other customer in the store the phone went unanswered…. Atrocious non existent customer service.

   Pizzas ordered & told 30mins. 90 mins later (45 mins after we were informed they were on their way), the driver turned up with cold pizzas. Not acceptable. Contacted head office complaints and have a reference number and told the local store will be in contact within 5 days. No response whatsoever. NOT Acceptable. Still waiting to resolve this issue.

   the pizza arrived with raw dough - although the problem was resolved (50% refund), the fact we were given raw dough in the first place is pretty annoying. But sometimes this place is amazing, so its pretty 50/50.

   Absolutely shocked with the customer service. A rude little insecure boy by the name of Chris gave the worst customer service experience I have ever had. As a manager he should be ashamed! Totally rude and a horrible attitude. Will never order from here again. I don't understand how a worldwide brand could employ such an incompetent little boy. I will be reporting him to the regional manager and the guys above them.
