1. Nepal to London Family ★★★★★

   I visited the drive-through around midnight, and I was really impressed. The manager was extremely sweet, smiley, and very polite — such great customer service! You can truly see how much the customer care has improved. The food was fresh and not hard this time, which made the experience even better. I left feeling very happy and satisfied. Thank you so much to the manager and the team for such a wonderful service!

   The two women on the drive through windows were excellent. The first woman’s voice was very clear through the speaker, she double checked our window when we got to the window, again clearly and efficiently. The second lady was just as efficient and clear and of course, friendly too. They really stood out compared to other drive through experiences! So much so I had to leave a review!

   Slowest “fast” food ever, we often wait over 20 mins when collecting, and there’s no point doing drive through as you will need to park up and wait anyway. Every single time there is something wrong or missing from our orders, to the point that we’ve given up ordering delivery from here. The last delivery we ordered didn’t turn up at all, and we’ve had the main part of meals missing on more than one occasion; it isn’t even small items missing. It shouldn’t be hard to check everything on the ticket is in the bag before handing to the customer, but apparently it is with this management team. Our most recent experience they couldn’t even get the drink right, then I heard the chap on the drinks machine saying that’s what was ordered, and they had the cheek to ask me to show my receipt to prove we ordered a coke zero not a sprite; a funny request in itself considering that’s the first time I can remember even receiving a receipt as their machines never have paper in!

   Terrible. Slow service. Food piling up at preparation table. Dirty floor behind counter where food being prepared. Queue building up. Staff seemed clueless. No Custer care. Food cold. Awful place. Don’t go there.

   Before i enter i read most of the reviews as usual. i was wondering why most of the people have given low ratings within couple of months where they have earned high ratings in the past. I think there is a big issue in the management. McDonald's top management should involve immediately to take action. It's very unfortunate that this McDonald's unclean. Bin everywhere. My vehicle broke down and i am waiting for backup for almost two hours and had plenty of meals. Within this time no one came to clean any of the table. All bins are full and no one is there to remove them. Tables are unclean. Some of the Customers cleaned tables since they want to sit. This is really disappointing.

   Waited 7 minutes for my meal to be ready, which wasn't an issue as the restaurant was experiencing a busy spell. My Big Tasty and fries were luke warm at best and the deluxe hot chocolate I ordered was a regular hot chocolate. So I got less for my money. There were too many loud youths in the restaurant swearing without a disregard for younger children and families who were also in the restaurant. Did I complain? No. Finished my meal and left

   Unfortunately, not really an excuse for this. We were one of 2 cars and we waited 45+ minutes for food been sat in the car park and late for where we were meant to be, of course they don’t tell you how long the waiting times are. People are leaving their cars to go inside the restaurant to try and get their food because they’ve been sat here for so long wasting petrol trying to keep warm in the night.

   Meh. Eatin food took 20 min, the drive thru unfairly fast. My quarter cheese plain should have been made to order but was cool, didn't have the bacon I ordered. Apple pies not delivered, they claimed they were out (but didn't mention anything.) All fixed in the end but at cost of my time. No response to online complaint.
