Sixth week having a pizza from here and can’t fault any one. Lovely thin baked base with great options for the toppings. The Diavola with the hot honey drizzle top notch!!!!
Pizzeria Bufala catered evening food for our wedding and were INCREDIBLE. Tom’s communication in the run up was fantastic, including a really thorough risk assessment and catering for a complicated set of allergies amongst our guests. Our wedding was entirely vegetarian and we were provided with some excellent options to choose from. We were told that we could suggest other options, but the menu was already perfect for what we wanted. They really took the stress out of this element of our wedding planning! On the day, the pizza went down so so well. So many compliments from our guests. Tom and his team were so friendly and there was more than enough delicious pizza to go around. I would highly, highly recommend Pizzeria Bufala.
I was over in the UK visiting friends recently and came across this absolute gem. Now being half Italian and spending my summers in Italy and being a pizza chef myself I know a thing or two about a good pizza. I went for the pepperoni picante and it has a nice bite to it. The crust was crispy but beautifully soft to the bite. The sauce was perfectly sweet with no bitterness to it at all. I’ve had my fair share of pizzas and this was the best hands down I’ve had in the uk and Ireland and to be honest I’d struggle to get much better in Italy. If this place was in Via Toledo I’m sure it would be a favourite with locals. Top pizza guys. Thanks and hope to try it again soon
We couldn’t decide on what to have for dinner. We were on our way to get a kebab but saw this truck parked at the pub and decided to turn around. We are glad we did because the pizza was fantastic! We had the pepperoni, Francesca, and the special mushroom truffle. All three were very good! Definitely a must try!

The crust is crispy yet soft and chewy, with just the right amount of char on the edges. The sauce is tangy and flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh and perfectly balanced. But what really sets Pizzeria Bufala apart is the experience you get with Thomas. This guy is a total hoot! He's always cracking jokes and making you feel like you're part of his pizza-loving family. He's got that perfect mix of charm, humor, and expertise that makes you want to come back again and again. And let's not forget about the mobile aspect of this joint. With Pizzeria Bufala, you can enjoy the best pizza in town from practically anywhere! Whether you're at a local festival, a corporate event, or just hanging out in your own backyard, Thomas and his team will bring the pizza party to you. Overall, I can't recommend Pizzeria Bufala enough. It's the perfect combination of amazing food, fantastic service, and a whole lot of fun. Delicious pizza. I’d stop getting take away pizza as I just couldn’t find any that I found enjoyable but just bought one of Tom’s pizzas and it so full of flavour and the base is perfect. Highly recommend you give it a try
I’ve had several pizzas from Tom and they never disappoint. Top quality ingredients show through in the finished product. Any other pizza are left in the shade once you have tried Pizzeria Bufala.
Amazing Neapolitan style pizza! Really tasty at a great price especially given the quality. This is no ordinary pizza van. I tried the meatball pizza and the caramelised onion garlic bread.
