   I walked in to this palace of love when I was at my lowest, big Al from Toy Story 2 welcomed me with a large hug and a lovely Pepsi, when I was ordering I got looked at by a large specimen of donner meat, it was like a mother looking at her first newborn, the value is cracking as is the side I leant upon, bogof was not what I was told but the CRACKING DEAL I was offered. Recommend to a friend 7/10

   Paid over £20 for nothing but disappointment and no customer service. I ordered food in store and watched many people get there’s before mine, It took half an hour to make 2 pizzas and 2 wraps. Then upon getting home the pizzas and one of the wraps were wrong. I phoned and took the food back only to be told that it was my fault and I said ham and pineapple instead of ham and mushroom. They knew they got it wrong, so not only was I not listened to, I was accused and didn’t even get so much as an apology. I have used papas many times before and have never had a problem but the customer service today was terrible.

   Appalling service. 2hrs to deliver, no apology, phone lines constantly busy, wrong drink, order was wrong, kebabs swimming in grease, cold as it’s an hour later than should have been, and you can’t complain as you can’t get through. Delivery driver unapologetic just said ‘busy mate, really busy’. Shocking, will never use again!!! The service was as good as the reply to my review. None existent and over a year to acknowledge my comments. If I could give less stars, I would as 1 star is 1 too many.

   I've been in and order My food and told them no salad on my kebab when I first ordered it . Then after waiting 10 mins to get my food . I drive back and then open my food to find out that my kebab is cover in onions and I'm allergic to them . They don't listen to you and even use the wrong sauce on your food I asked for bbq and its hot sauce don't use them as they won't listen even if you tell them and it's printed out infront of them .

   Over priced over cooked and overtime. Not impressed. First time customer. Ordered by phone. I was told it would be 15 minutes. Arrived to collect my order only to be ignored by everyone in the shop. Finally got someone's attention and surprise surprise. My food order hadn't even been started. So 40 minutes later and having spent over £45 I left with my food. Got home to feed the troops and have to say it just wasn't what I was expecting. The pizzas we're all burnt and over cooked. This will be the last time we go here.
