Had an issue with an order Insufficient portion size on Donner meat on a pizza. Complaint was met with just send a picture to a mobile number which would have costed us money to send..seems like he couldn't be bothered and was trying to cut us off. Will not order again waste of money and customer service is appalling.
Far too expensive for the quality. If you want a good pizza go to dialapizzaria instead. (The pizza is not bad but the pizza sauce leeds improving) The chips were not great and if you wanted a decent donner kabab i would just go somewhere else. Not sure if the other meat is any good.
I have had lots of bad food from here over the years so I have been going to somewhere else for takeaways, usually dominoes, I don’t mind paying the extra as you are guaranteed quality. However I thought I’d give Mario’s another chance to see if they had improved. I ordered a doner kebab with mayo, mozerella sticks and cheesy wedges. Doner kebab arrived with no mayo, dry. Mozerella sticks and wedges were average, will seriously never order from Mario’s again
A bit over priced on their drinks on über eats but all in all my favourite takeaway lovely food
I've never been to Mario's pizza but have read an article in Staffordshire Live where they reported that Mario's pizza donated 300 pizza's to people using the food bank for Christmas. What a great thing to do, well done Mario's !
If i could give 0 i would. I live 4mins away food turns up cold complete let down. I got the combo box, chips were stone cold, kebab meat luke warm. Mozzarella stick cold, onion rings cold. Chicken strips and pieces warm.
Wow. Super pizza, Not greasy like other places and so tasty! Decent price, great range of food and quick delivery. Will definitely order again and again.
Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery when quoted 55 minutes get the feeling they hadn't checked Food Hub orders when I rang to chase. Also noticed they now charge for dips. Plenty of other pizza shops in Swadlincote so will be trying elsewhere in future.
