    Exercise caution. Ordered 2 items from this company using one of their sister sites, both shown on the site as "in stock" with the promise of next day shipping, etc... Over a week later I received an email stating that because one item was out of stock nether had been shipped yet. When I queried why I had been told both were shown as in stock and why it had taken a week I got no real answer. Cancelled one part of the order and received the other but this is way too many hoops to have to jump though. If you show something as 'in stock' it needs to be in stock ready to ship. If you realise that something isn't in stock you need to be contacting the buyer as soon as possible, not waiting over a week.

    If could leave a minus zero I would! 6 days to receive the order then Amazon delivery cancelled the order and now I'm fighting to get my money back for an email order I never received. "Customer service" couldn't care less. AVOID AVOID AVOID Cheap. But for a reason!

    Ordered a helmet however Amazon delivery service unable to deliver so returned to sender. (This was due to an error on Extreme GB systems keeping my old postcode, not updating to new one when searching and updating address) Extreme GB unwilling to issue refund as they have not received the product back. I have had to purchase from elsewhere but E-GB refusing to engage with the idea of a refund until they find out where the helmet has gone. As the customer this is not my liability as I never received the item. This is between E-GB and Amazon and a refund should be issued timeously, however not according the E-GB who are more than useless! Will not ship here again at this rate.

    The cap was listed as one size fits all. The cap did not fit so I asked to send it back. To send it back Extreme GB expect me to pay for postage. I don't expect to pay to return an item when the description is wrong and the item does not fit even though it says it should. I contacted the company but they insisted I had to pay.

    It's a shame you have to give even one star. I purchased a bike wheel and was offered free postage. Several days after placing the order I was asked to pay £5.49 to cover increased postage costs. Customer service flatly refused to budge and after several emails they refunded me. What online retailer doesn't know how much it costs to send out their products? Transparent pricing is surely a basic requirement of any successful business. Now waiting to see if they raise a customer complaint as requested......

    No customer service at all! Scam. BEWARE I have to say that i never had as bad customer service as this one. Noone to call as phone number does not work and noone would call even though i have asked for it several times? This is obvious avoidance of explanation and I'am being charged(made to pay) for trousers which simply don't fit me and just wanted to return them for refund. This has never happened to me before and this is first time ever I'am having problems like this. Being blamed for some kind of smell which has nothing to do with me. Those trousers were returned in sealable perfect condition without any smell. It simply looks to me as product has been sold to me and Your company does not refund anything at all as soon as its paid for and leaves your warehouse. Interesting type of customer service and way of treating people. No contact number to call or person from customer service as your phone is off on purpose! to avoid confrontation and having have to explain yourself. I'am very disappointed at this point simply being told they are already sent back and no refund will be issued. On the other hand iam glad there is ways of warning other people of having thesame level of service and being scammed. BEWARE of this company!!!they will not refund even if You will follow instruction for refund and pay for insured package which is expensive anyway. There is many other companies which offer free retyrn and will actually refund!

    I purchased a Regatta coat from GB Extreme. Having tried it for size but perhaps foolishly, had not done up the zip until just over 4 weeks after purchase and only then did I realise it was faulty. A quick Google showed that many buyers of this item had issues with the zip as it is clearly poor quality. I contacted GB Extreme who refused to refund me until it had been inspected by Regatta even though my contract is with the retailer. I had returned the item with the zip fastened, which clearly displayed the fault. I suspect I may have to go to my credit card company for a refund as GB Extreme seem unwilling to acknowledge the fault. Seriously, save yourself a lot of bother and buy elsewhere. Caveat emptor.

    Bought a Ski helmet off them for an upcoming holiday. Size was too large, requested refund and was told it wasn't possible and referred me to the bottom of a returns policy with a very vague explanation of not being able to return if 'you have changed your mind'. Website is littered with easy returns and the first line of their policy states 'We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us, following the instructions below, and we'll exchange or refund it'. Stuck with a £156.00 helmet that doesnt fit. Awful company.

    ordered a pair of boots on Sunday, received them Monday am. fantastic service. Unfortunately they were too small so had to return and re-order. Re-ordered correct size as going away and wanted them quickly. Once again, received next day and refund for first pay received in less than a week. Delighted with purchase and service, would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
