   Chicken was fatty, chicken strips were dry, delivery took over an 75mins and I'm in the same postcode, staff not helpful on the phone, just kept getting 'your food is 10mins away' asked for a refund after an hour got refused won't order again.

   Bad experience! Don’t buy any food in that place Don’t buy from this place — it’s terrible. I ordered a burger for £9 and got a kebab with it, but I was scared I’d get food poisoning. I’ve never seen anything like this before.

   We really love ordering chicken shish kebabs from here for a cheap and quick dinner. They are delicious, cooked well (not dry) and a very good portion size. The salad is nice and fresh and there are great options. For £20 we easily fed a family of three, and the delivery was super quick. We ordered at 5pm so I imagine that's not a busy time for them.

   Since I discovered Monett it has been my go-to place for food. I've never been disappointed. I've recurrently started stopping in on my way home. The guys working there are exceptionally nice and welcoming. The quality of the food is excellent. The salad looks fresh. The food is always served fresh and hot. The portions are very reasonable. I can rarely finish mine. The prices are also very reasonable and the menu is extensive. Visiting is a nice experience. It is a shame that the overall rating is 2.5. it's important to note that most of these ratings were given under previous management so don't be put off.

   Kebabs is good but I ordered two kebabs, a mixed kebab for £15 one. They were supposed to be the same and mixed. One had only one type of meat and sauce the other had extra chicken but no sauce. They should be the same and big. They were too small for me for the money. I bought a kebab here personally, paid less and it was bigger. I called and tried to explain the situation but to no avail.

   Great nachos but our last order took 2 hours to arrive, stone cold with reduced portions. Had to claim a Just eat refund... And we were regulars. Called them to chase up the order and they hung up on us. Never ordering again.

   Not only is the food good price and really good the staff really go above and beyond!! Would love to thank the absolute angel of a delivery driver working in Monnett kebab in eastleigh. We broke down and have been awaiting a tow truck for over 2 hours. This gent delivered our food and around an hour later returned to my fiancé and I with cups, tea bags, sugar, milk and a kettle to keep us warm. Honestly brings so much joy to me there are amazing people out there still

   Shocking service!!! The delivery took an hour and half to reach me. The food was cold when it arrived and also missing my drink. The person who delivered it basically throw the food at me and ran off(probably cos she knew she was missing my drink). I only used monnet tonight because adore in chanders ford was shut. Definitely won't be wasting my money here ever again. Its such a shame because a few years ago this was a great kabab shop.
