If you want to wait for an hour to be told your food's not coming - this is the place for you! Placed order on line, received confirmation email. Received a Google map alert 55 minutes later advising order didn't go through. Rang restaurant, no answer. Is it still open? Who knows? Gutted as food looked good
Advise no one to come here unless you want to be pressured to make an order, to see tones of dirt under the cabinet, flies everywhere and acrylic and incorrect hygiene equipment (no hair nets worn etc). The food was horribly bland, overpriced for what was received also.
Worst pizza I have ever had. Delivery driver left pizza in reception without informing after 15 min When I received both XL pizzas were cold and dry. Totally disappointing from Istanbul grill and delivery driver .
Second time ordering from them, as the first time order was wrong and I gave them the benefit of doubt. Maybe I was not clear the first time. Second time went in armed with full order, hot vegetarian pizza, one meat feast, 2 double sausage burger and large salad. Vegetarian pizza not hot and shorting ingredients. Really will never order here again.
Who ever is writing the good reviews must work for the place, absolutely terrible! Mine and my boyfriends orders were both wrong, they put cucumber and tomato on my kebab which I did not want therefore I had much less of the salad that I do like, and they put no lettuce in his wrap which made it too heavy to eat for him. When I called them to give feedback, not looking for a freeby at all, I basically got called a liar. Want a good kebab that delivers? Go to Tasty Grill on Middle Road in Park Gate! We only tried this place as recently moved into the area and we will not be ordering again!
I ordered a lamb doner wrap last night. I was so hungry however today I’m paying for it! The meat was cold on top and warm underneath as I don’t eat many kebabs I didn’t know if ir was normal or not. However apparently not according to how I feel today. Having to take time off work and being self employed is not ideal! Will not use again!
Went in for a post new years dinner and had the warmest welcome possible. The food was fantastic too. I'd definitely recommend to anyone and already have. Get the chilli sauce, it's amazing
Very impressed with the amount of food served and the friendly staff! Big improvement on the shop prior to the new management. Highly recommend this place and their homemade garlic sauce and mayonnaise, unreal!!
First visit since change of ownership and management. Won’t be the last. Sami has brought a wealth of knowledge in this industry and turned this takeaway shop into the best in the area. He makes his own chilli sauce, garlic Mayo and mayonnaise (much better than just the shop bought stuff everyone else uses). He’s open to find out how the customer likes their meal prepared and willing to accommodate. Portions are fair, no shrinkflation here.
