   "Last Saturday, I went to Domino's with my friend to collect a pizza and fries. Since I'm fully vegetarian, I ordered a vegetarian pizza with fries and asked the lady at the till to double-check that everything was vegetarian. She went to ask her colleagues and confirmed it was. However, when we were about to eat, we discovered it was a non-vegetarian pizza and fries, which was really disgusting. The environment was also bad because the Domino's workers were shouting. When I went back to complain, they said their team would contact me, but I haven't received any response. It was a really bad experience for me." I will never go back their.

   Excellent service today! I messed my order up and I was very upset. The lady who I believed to be the manager came over and helped me. They rectified my order even though it was my mistake! Absolutely amazing customer service and the pizzas were lovely! My 3 year old said it was the best pepperoni pizza he has had! Thank you thatcham to all the lovely staff for helping me today! From a very satisfied customer who will be return time and time again!

   I ordered the Veggie Supreme from Domino’s and it was fantastic! I’m Muslim, and I really appreciated that Harman and Ravi respected that by using a fresh cutter and dough. The thick crust with extra cheese was just perfect. Both of them were incredibly kind and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this team and this pizza!

   I was pleasantly surprised to find a dine-in-style Domino’s in Thatcham, so I had to stop by and check it out. The place was spacious, with plenty of parking, making it super convenient. The cleanliness stood out immediately—everything looked well-maintained. The staff were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and efficient. As for the pizza, it was exactly what you’d expect from Domino’s—hot, fresh, and great quality. You really can’t go wrong! If you’re in the area and fancy a quick, hassle-free bite, this location is definitely worth a visit.

   Terrible service. After 1.5 hours of waiting for delivery, we went to collect the pizzas. Manager refused an apology or a refund claiming that I provided the wrong contact number (even though I could prove I'd received a text to the correct number). Put a real dampener on the birthday celebrations for my daughter.

   Pick up is always better than delivery. Prices are ridiculous but the food is of a high standard, particularly on a Wednesday or Tuesday evening

   We sat in to order our pizza and realised that eat in/collection is much more expensive than ordering online. We ordered a small and personal sized pizza. When I asked about why the offer isn't being applied (hence all the advertised prices in the store) the employee said that he applied the cheapest offer we could get. However, it's cheaper to just order online with delivery where you are able to add discount codes and get a better deal or cheaper pizzas.

   Very polite team on the phones...but once you step foot in the store it’s like an asylum with people everywhere, shouting loudly and seemed very disorganised. Nice clean store and pizza tasted good all the same, just need to work on the collection experience!

   Ordered a half and half. The wife is a vegetarian. One side is a veggie and the other is meant to be a chicken sweetcorn and pepper pizza. I couldn't work out what happened to this pizza or where the chicken was. The wings were OK but nearly all of the sauce was on the box. It had soaked into the cardboard and leaked a bit. I wouldn't order a half and half or wings from here. I had a better experience from the local pizza shop in Thatcham High Street
