Terrible! Used to be amazing, gone down hill big time, ordered a £11 burger and looks like it’s been sat on and put in water! Super soggy and cold. Not happy I ordered through Deliveroo
Nice dining experience overall. Visited this restaurant recently and had a pleasant experience. The ambiance was clean and welcoming, with a comfortable seating arrangement and a good balance between modern decor and a cozy vibe. The menu offered a decent variety of dishes, both veg and non-veg. I tried a few items, and most were flavorful and well-presented. The portion sizes were fair for the price. One dish was slightly under-seasoned, but nothing too disappointing. Service was polite and fairly quick. The staff seemed attentive, though a bit more knowledge about the menu would’ve been helpful. Pricing was reasonable for the quality and setting. Not too expensive, but not cheap either — fair for a casual dine-in experience. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for good food and a comfortable environment. I’d definitely consider coming back or recommending it to friends.
I ordered through uber eats. I asked for cutlery and additional straws as often businesses provide paper straws that don’t last (they provide plastic). I was happy to see they read the comment and provided me with forks, straws and even salt and tomato sauce. Food was okay, nothing special though. I ordered the plant based buffalo burger and cheesy fries and biscof shake. The plant based buffalo burger was okay, just tasted of spice really. It was quite disappointing, I’m sure this could just be because they are known and focused on improving more popular meals. The fries were okay, the cheese on it was too much, as some were drenched and some had none at all. The shake was lovely. Not a shake filled with crushed ice chips. Ranch sauce was okay, same with the barbecue.
This burger joint is absolutely fantastic! Their burgers are packed with flavor, featuring juicy patties, fresh vegetables, and delectable sauces that leave you craving for more. Not only that, their service is exceptional - the staff are warm, friendly, and quick to serve. Plus, their prices are incredibly reasonable, allowing you to indulge in delicious burgers without breaking the bank. In short, I love this place.
Ordered food, arrived barely warm, ans order was wrong, and missing the basics for that set burger ie bacon, onion rings, and looked like a toddler had slapped the burger together. I am very Disappointed
Amazing find! Never seen this chain before, but so glad I went in. Great service, lovely clean restaurant and most impressive burger! And the fries! Oh my god, best fries I've ever had! Nathan's Famous needs to be tried!
Chicken Burgers are nice, not top of the range, but theyre not disappointing. My chilli dog was really small. Sausage was nice but the size made it disappointing. Get bigger next time. Such a shame that the crinkle cut fries are absolutely RUBBISH! They taste stale. I've ordered from here 5 times and this fries are consistently below par.
Really good food, friendly and helpful staff, food was as expected hot and all came at once, the only thing I would improve would be the menu states ice cream and milkshakes but unfortunately they don't actually do them. Other than that, 5 out of 5 for effort and good value for money. Prefer over five guys any day.
2nd time ordering, first time was meh!! Second time even worse. The hot dog is solid and difficult to eat. Bread all soggy and chips delivered cold. I’ve honestly tried to eat this thing and even had to build it myself as it comes plain and the extras in little plastic tubs. Didn’t even bother adding the onions as they were disgusting. Supposed to be plain sautéed. Sausage is also some weird red meat. What’s wrong with a normal American hotdog we all know. Dumb it down a bit and just do simple delicious food.
