   In a word, Outstanding. I know it's a cliche, but this really is the best curry house I've ever visited. I'm from Cambridge but every time I visit Chandler's Ford I'm looking forward to a curry from Jalabad several days in advance. Simple stuff like the Tarka Dall, Chicken Madras and Chicken Chat are just amazing. I think it's because they really put in a lot of ingredients, herbs and spices to get deep and rounded flavours. The shop is an experience too, watching a couple of old gentleman cooking away, like something off a movie documentary. They're great, really. Highly recommended!

   Got myself a takeaway, tried the tikka chicken chaat and a vegetable naan with keema rice. I must say the tikka chicken chaat has an incredible flavour and the naan was absolutely spot on with loads of veggies in it, stuffed very well. The keema rice was above average as well, so spot on guys. I have ordered before, a long, long time ago and it wasn't all that amazing but this time absolutely brilliant. Definitely ordering again next time I fancy an Indian takeaway. It's a shame you can't give 4.8 marks, because I would definitely give it a mark of that. Edit after a few takeaways, the wait is ridiculous. 1hr 15 mins - 2 hrs every time. The food is nice but if you order at 5pm don't be surprised if it doesn't turn up until 7pm. I marked it down to a 3 stars because of this.

   Great quality foods cooked in an open kitchen to a really good quality. There is a short wait for food, but that's because it's all cooked to order. Definitely the best takeaway Indian food in Chandlers Ford. The onion bhajis are excellent - served flat.

   This place was recommended by a good friend of mine and it was the first time for me trying Indian takeaway, I have to say the food is absolutely delicious, the service was quick and nice, I went for the chef’s recommendations which was butter chicken, tikka masala and chicken curry with rice + garlic Nan and plain Nan bread. I will definitely be returning to this place whenever I’m feeling for an Indian takeaway. Very recommended Also the food is Halal
