This place is an absolute gem. Beautiful surroundings and lovely staff. The cooked breakfast was fantastic, really traditional with everything cooked as requested. I will be going back next time I'm in the area, that's for sure. I visited in Winter, but I can imagine that the summer would be amazing for sitting out on the veranda. A hidden treasure!
Brilliant food, very tasty. I had the bacon sandwich and asked for salad even though it doesn't usually come with salad, and they were happy to do it for me for £1 extra. It was very nice. Lovely people, both the people running the place and the other customers. Beautiful view sat outside.

Been going to Bowlers now for a year, really impressed by the staff and food. Always a friendly welcome and very helpful. We decided to have our Christmas meal here, what can I say Will you did us proud food was absolutely lovely hot and so tasty. Big thank you to the lovely staff who served our meals and drinks as always you are exceptional. Eugene you have an amazing team working here thank you and look forward to my next meal, especially pudding.

Recently taken over by new owner Eugene in September 2022. If you like great friendly service with a smile and enjoy nice food and drinks in a great location then this is the place to visit. Open to golfers and non golfers, I visited with my wife & our dog for a Sunday roast dinner, great selection & generous portions!
After a game of golf a nice pint & bacon sandwitch great service sandwich was first class would definitely recommend even if not playing golf to sit in pleasant surroundings relax and enjoy the scenery
