   First time ordering and very impressed ordered online and arrived quickly and piping hot, garlic fried rice tasted great , even had 2 king prawns in which Iv not had with any other takeaway . Chicken and sweetcorn soup was 2-3 times the size of what iv had else where. Great value for money , lovely polite delivery lady I will definitely be ordering here again . Many thank

   Iv ordered from this Chinese every Wednesday and Saturdays Always been absolutely amazing. But they have change there menu to mean, you dont get your boiled or fry rice for a £1 after spending £7.50 for the. Curry you now have it in a large container which is much smaller and don't get as much meat ( which is ehat we loved ) Also my lamb curry in not included in the large containers so it's not £7.90for curry plus £4.30 for fried rice I'm absolutely gutted to say this but as a family we will not be ordering anymore

   Ordered food and it simply did not turn up! We knew there was a 50 minute wait for food but called them after an hour and a half as it still hadn't arrived. They said they could cook it quickly now? (Red flag), then stated it was being cooked now. Then changed the story too its on its way (all within 1 minute). When questioned which story is true they just offered a couple of soft drinks to apologise. Repeated lies and poor customer service. We asked for a refund and they just scrambled for a way out of it. We had to ask four times before they agreed. We then ended the call. Very poor!!

   So living a 100 second walk away from this takeaway and living in my home for 6 years and never trying the food here has been the worst decision I have ever made. Delicious food, non greasy, and the best thing - didn’t make you feel like you were stuffed after 5 mouthfuls. I can’t believe I haven’t tried here before. The best Chinese takeaway in a 3 mile radius for sure!

   I ordered for collection from this place last night after being disappointed by several other takeaways in the area. This was one of the best takeaway meals we have had in a long time. Hot, tasty and not at all greasy, unlike some others! Staff were friendly and it was ready to collect exactly when promised. This will be my go to place for Chinese takeaway from now on.

   We usually go to a different local Chinese takeaway but I always find their food salty and their prawn crackers are thin and greasy. So I was pleasantly surprised when getting our food from Eastern House. The food was delicious and the prawn crackers were how prawn crackers should be. We'll definitely be ordering from Eastern House from now on.
