   Firstly the food... really good.. we took two picky grandkids and they stuffed themselves even with spicy foods I thought they would avoid. Service was excellent and helpful. Chatty but not intrusive. We went on a Thursday night and it was fairly quiet but still a good few customers. We ended up eating a lot more than we should of but every dish got finished. For a good sized mains your about 15quid which is about right these days. Its hard to find good restaurants particularily out of town but i have to say, culter is well represented these days with some cracking venues and this is defo one of them. We will be back regularily..house wine was excellent and a large glass was large which makes me happy haha Oh we had carry oots from here before they fully opened. They are also reccomended...

   Ordered a takeaway and got delivered under 25 mins. Came in a beautiful heat protected package to keep the food nice and hot. All our special requests were met and tastes yummy.

   As I'm writing this comment our order has not arrived yet. We are 15 minutes away from the restaurant and the person who answers the phone cannot communicate well in English. I have contacted them three times and each time the lay on the phone said it would take another 20 minutes to arrive, but nobody has shown up at the door. I asked the lady to cancel the order and she cut off the line on my face. Very unprofessional and terrible service. I don't recommend their service.

   Twice I have tried this Chinese and twice have been disappointed. Was overcharged on both time, first time I noticed. The food was tasteless, not sure what chicken was used but very spongy. Was very oily, and could taste it enormously.

   Appetiser was genuinely inedible. Listed in the menu as "crispy lamb with a pungent soy and garlic dip" but what I found was a single cut of lamb donner that looked like it had been found under the fridge a month after being cooked. It managed to be both rock hard and rubbery at the same time. Quite an achievement I must confess. The dip wasn't a dip either. It was just soy sauce straight from the bottle. Just to be clear, the picture I have added of it to this review is the entire portion straight out of the box (although you may be forgiven for thinking it was leftovers from a kebab from several weeks ago). The main course was "honey chilli chicken". Chicken was obviously out of the freezer and not freshly prepared and the sauce, while not awful, was very bland. The chips were clearly the cheapest-of-the-cheap frozen chips too. Really not worth anywhere near the £14.60 I was charged. 1st visit, last visit.
