Best Chinese restaurant in this area. Great food, authentic tastes, large variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian options in menu, quick service. Good value for money.

5 stars as always! We have been visiting for years and it’s easily our favourite spot. The food is fantastic when eating in and just as good when we order a takeaway. Always a great experience with lovely staff.

Great for dining in, (although very expensive) but not for takeaway. We've been there many, many times over the years for takeaways, but sadly the takeaways of late have been awful. Overcooked, dried and in some cases, inedible. The last two takeaways we've had there had to be thrown away. It's a nice place to dine in - the food and service are very good, although they have steadily raised their prices such that a meal for two there will be around £120 with a couple of drinks. A fairly modest takeaway for two will set you back £50. it's a great shame because they were the go-to place for many years, but no longer.

The starters here are as expected for a Chinese restaurant/takeaway in the UK. The duck, crispy seaweed, ribs, salt and pepper tofu are all okay. However mains are less desirable. I really fancied the Szechuan chicken and instead got this (see image) Doesn’t seem very authentic, no ma la, no numbing from the peppercorns , but instead, a generic very sweet chicken dish. Incredibly disappointing and tasteless

We had the 2 course buffet, but the dishes are brought to your table. I like that they give you small portions so that you can try more dishes from the menu. It's very good value for money and the waiters were very attentive. They were also knowledgeable about the menu, my friend is allergic to nuts and they were able to tell her which dishes to avoid, but she could eat most of them. Only thing to note is that the food has been adapted to British tastes

We had dinner here last night with some friends and the food was amazing. The staff were fantastic and when we told them that one of us had a peanut allergy they couldn't have been more helpful and continually checked with us throughout the evening making sure that everything was ok. The restaurant was absolutely packed which goes to show how good the food and service is.

We've been eager to try this place out and we were lucky enough to get a last minute table. The other reviews are right, the food is absolutely delicious and the service was brilliant - staff are super kind, courteous and attentive, which was really great, we felt so well looked after! I can highly recommend the banquet set menu - it was very generous with 4 courses, some delicious things I'd never tried before and large amounts of food, well worth it in my opinion. Definitely coming back, really impressed and so pleased with this hidden gem.

Excellent standard of food, choice of dishes and perfect flavours, definitely top choice for both take away and eat in Chinese cuisine. Service is brilliant, polite and friendly with a relaxed approach. Made our anniversary special with sparkling desert and ‘happy anniversary’ banner next to our table. Highly recommended.

I reckon this is the best Chinese restaurant out of all that I have ever visited. Everything we have tried on the menu has always been cooked perfectly. The staff are very attentive, friendly and polite. Highly recommend.
