   I dished my takeaway vegetable Byriani tonight and it was so cold. My husband phoned up to let them know and they were dismissive and only offered to refund half the cost of the dish. Being I couldn’t eat any of the it, I would fully expect a refund. O have been using Cinnamon Bay for more than 20yrs but tonight will be the last due to their poor customer service. I know these things happen and if they had refunded the dish it would have been fine and I wouldn’t have bothered with the review. Very disappointing.

   Ordered a takeout, and the popadoms were the best bit, everything i ordered was swimming in oil, chips weren't even cooked through. The Tikka Masala was bland and the chicken hard and rubbery. What a disappointment. Won't be ordering again one of the worst if not the worst curry I've eaten. Bad stomach followed and so much oil in my mouth is hard to get rid of.

   Walked down for a curry on a Friday evening to support our local curry house. Service was brilliant and food was delicious as always. My husband was recommended one of the chefs specials which he thoroughly enjoyed and they were able to help me with what they could offer as vegan. Over all very impressed. Have been several times over the years and will try and go more to support them.

   I wish to address the comments of Steven King. I know all the girls who work there and I could not find a more respectful group of young men who work with them and treat them like family and would not hesitate to recommend any of them. They are polite, respectful and genuinely care about the girls who work with them. With daughters of my own, I would happily let any of them work there with no worries in the slightest. Each time I have eaten there, the food and service has been amazing. Keep up the fantastic job you do Cinnamon Bay! The staff bend over backwards to provide the best service and experience.

   Excellent. Authentic. DELICIOUS!!! Had Cinnamon Bay delivered last night and it was AWESOME! The food arrived super quick, piping hot and beautifully packaged. All our dishes (king prawn sizzler, chicken madras, lamb birayani, saag aloo, onion bahji, tadka dahl, peshawari naan and chapati) were authentic, flavoursome and well spiced. Decent sized, but not huge portions, but for the extremely low prices we have no complaints. We'll just order more next time! Another thing we noted was how clean the foods were, no greasy residues. Thoroughly recommend.
