The last time I risk it. I have been going for 15 years plus. It's close. But no more, just wanted a quick bag of chips. £4 for a small bag of soggy potatoes. Sometimes it's ok, but very hit and miss. I had a bag 2 weeks before from Hartleys in Hartley Witney. £3 twice the portion and cooked perfectly. It's a longer drive but worth it.
Great food, salt & pepper squid was beautifully cooked - better than most restaurants. Two staff on tonight, and both very friendly, quick and efficient with our order.
Ordered a large chips nearly £5 to get a handful size! Won’t be returning as the portion doesn’t reflect price!
Very friendly staff of young men. Efficient and gave me a blue light discount after recognising I had just come from a very hard day at work in my uniform. Nice to be appreciated! Fish and chips tasted amazing! Crispy and not oily fish and chips! Well seasoned. Will definitely be trying again!
We were very disappointed with our fish & chips last night, the fish was very dry & the chips awful, mostly thin bits of potato with eyes (as we call them) left in, they were not proper chips at all. We have been to Deep Blue Yateley, many times & no complaints, we even considered taking them back.
Lovely take away fish and chips freshly cooked. And Jess was who served me was so polite and friendly.
First time here, recommended by father-in-law, had a 5 min wait, due to cooking on order. Great service, didn't offer kebabs, as British fish n chips, so hubby had to go next door to get his meal in the Chinese
Jess was amazing, as she always is. She could work for chick-fil-a. I realize this means little to most, but trust me it is the highest compliment I can give.
Best fish&chips for miles. Forget Olivers or Hartly witney. We ve bern here over 15 times now and it just gets better. We are only in Basingstioke and wish we had a deep blue nearer to us.
