DISGUSTING!!! Delivery of seniors fish and chips plus single scampi. Scampi was fine but the senior fish and chips is in the rubbish bin. Inedible. Waste of money, will never use this chipper again!
Burger and chips! Never again, the burger was dried up, nasty and after a couple of bites my hunger vanished, the chips swiftly followed, really horrible. This is the second and last time I use this fish shop, might as well have thrown my money down the drain!
Read reviews and instantly thought oh no but I tell you what ignore them because the food is nice and I'm from 400 miles away! Stupid reviews put people off. Good food
Chips were reheated and food was generally pretty poor. Will not be back.
Can not say enough how much I would not recommend this ashvale! Everything cold, beans everywhere, fish stuck to box and fell apart completely when going to move, was also burnt and not enjoyable whatsoever. They even phoned saying they didn’t have a kids pizza which was okay so I asked for a kids hot dog but instead of adding a bun ( meal was for a 1yr/o) to just put in extra sausage (they said this was fine) only came with 1 and kids didn’t get drinks with there meal either! Over all just a bad delivery!!
Ordered food to be delivered lets say oil everywhere soggy batter and hard chips didnt even try to eat the fish. All of it went straight into the bin. Living on a reputation thats long gone is the only words I have to say!!!!
Just had Haddock & chips and it was disgusting. They need to get someone who knows how to fry. Fish was over cooked and tuff and the chips looked and tasted like they had been reheated. First time at this particular store and will be the last. Sea Salt & Sole need to open Sundays!!
This is a good chipper but sometimes the service lets it down. if you happen to go in for just a bag of chips and there are several people waiting for fried to order meals to be made ready. They will not give you your bag of chips, you are expected to wait till everyone ahead gets their fried to order meal first which quite frankly is rediculous when all you want is a bag of chips.
