   We ordered a takeaway/ delivery. The meal was delicious, featuring great ingredients and authentic taste. Mixed starter platter was perfect. We had a range of meal choices, which were all really tasty. A wide selection of dishes were available on the menu. The restaurant's delivery service was quick, the food arrived hot, and the delivery personnel were polite. This restaurant will definitely be visited again. Highly recommended (A+++)

   I don’t usually write reviews unless I really like it but yesterday I tried delivery and it was my first time here. The rice I ordered must have been stale or from the bottom of the pot because it was hard with every bite. I was sooo disappointed because the reviews were nice. Also, salt and pepper squid was too salty. I was so hungry at the time so I ate some of it but I woke up with bad stomach today morning. However, I did like the pork ribs.

   Ordered from here as reviews were better than other chinese takeaway. Me and my sister we were craving for Singaporean hoofun noodle and barbecue sauce w fried rice. Decided to order from this lovely place and omg the food was too good. Just finished eating and i had to run to leave a review it was that good. I also ordered barbecue sauce separately and they forgot to bring it with my order and i had to call them back but they were so nice. The lady i spoke on the phn was very sweet and the delivery man was very nice. I won’t have mind the refund but they decided to delivery the sauce to me. Very nice customer service and food is delicious. We’ll deffo going to order from here again thankyou :D Edit: second time ordering again the best chinese food i ever had in reading. In love with their food but abit expensive for that little pot of bbq sauce which is not even full filled pot. £2+ i’ve tried in other places sauces that size and portion shouldn’t be charged more than £1 sorry otherwise food is great. :)

   This is a hidden gem! Whenever I crave really good Chinese food I always came here to get takeaway. (Be reminded that they don’t have dine-in here) Absolutely delicious and authentic Chinese food that deserves a five-star review.

   Please bring back your old chef! Used to be our favourite and would recommend to anyone, now the flavour is gone and it’s bland. Still arrives warm and isn’t bad tasting, but there’s no flavour now which makes it hard to finish and unsatisfying.

   Really good Chinese food. To state I am talking westernised Chinese food. There are large portions and they do not skimp on the meat! I have had sweet and sour which is great, steamed buns, spring rolls chow mien and it’s all been great. I like that they use thin noodles for the chow mien. Deffo a new favourite place!

   Tried delivery from this Chinese takeaway after quite a cult following on Reddit and Discord, and I can see why now! They do both traditional Chinese food (call up and ask) and Westernised Chinese food. First of all the portions are massive. The dry fried beef ho fun was fantastically authentic - exactly what I would expect from a restaurant. The water boiled beef, fish fragrant aubergines and soy beef tendon were all authentic. The mapo tofu had some surprising ingredients like mushrooms and peppers, but the sauce had the right numbingly spicy (mala) taste. The sweet and sour pork is some of the best I've had in Reading, containing large pieces of pork, not just batter. And the roast duck Chinese style was tasty and not dried out as it often can be. My new go-to Chinese takeaway, try out some of their homemade dim sum too! :)
