   Went here today! Absolutely amazing! Gave us 2 free milkshakes on the house. Also gave us a lot of extra chips in our bag. Would come back! Nice burgers as well

   First of all you go there for the burgers which are meticulously put together without falling apart (love this), then you have the fries which are great and massive portions. Taste quality for burgers can be improved, maybe cooked better. Staff isn’t always friendly and feels under pressure even if there is no queue. Suggestion: start using some sort of trays are fries get soggy in the brown bags, makes you think twice if you wanna have them. Atmosphere is great, located at the top floor with riverside view.

   This branches service is friendly and fast; the order is freshly made and clean open kitchen. Tastes good and obviously a fast food restaurant. I would recommend the Cajun fries for sure and tip is to get a medium to share between two people (they give out plenty). Nice seating area with views of the riverside. Overall worth a try for sure to see if you like it. Reasons for 4 stars is generally (not the branch exclusively) for Five Guys price is on the premium end and gourmet burgers category to manage expectations. Minor nit-pick is you have to wait and collect your order (even McDonalds and Spoons have a table service option and I would say they are fast food/restaurant with seats), also you are not sure where your number is as they have to call out - so you are effectively waiting around the pick up area.

   Burgers are great, if a little pricier than the usual fast food outlets. The restaurant is on an open mezzanine in a shopping centre, so don't expect any ambience. Service was quick, perfect pit stop when shopping

   There has been much hype about this place and its been highly recommended. Pros: Quick ordering service; decent setting; enough seating The selling point for me is definitely their chips - cooked in peanut oil and they provide enough to feed a rugby team. Bottomless soda with many different options (sugar-free included) Cons: The build-your-burger is a great concept but I wasn't a big fan. Sloppy, greasy, tastes like oil. - and not in a good way. Bland milkshakes Having to chase someone down for straws If you allergic to peanuts - stay very far away! Typical fast-food joint, good to try once but once is enough

   Five guys is a clean tidy open plan restaurant in the Oracle Reading. The food is freshly prepared so not quite fast food. The option of toppings on the burgers is vast and all included in the price. The portion of chips was huge. The food was okay but not the most exciting meal we have had in Reading.

   Good burgers, can be a bit hit and miss at the weekend. Burger was only lukewarm today sadly. Food is tasty, lots of chips, better if you share a drink (£2.95 each). Worth a try.
