Always painfully slow service unfortunately. I’ve also had awful burnt tasting latte during one visit. Very different to the London Starbucks that I visit every week!
It's a lovely place, the only thing they do not do decaf tea, meaning I had to take my own tea bag. This isn't just this location but everywhere as the owners refuse to do decaf tea. I only went there as I was meeting a friend and it's only one of the only cafes in my area which is accessible for wheelchair users.
A fairly small Starbucks but had a lovely feeling and very friendly staff. There's a great selection of cakes and a wonderful selection of drinks, including herbal teas.
Staff are great. Coffee good but the food is very limited. Wish there was soup and a roll and sausage rolls

Coffee ok but out of 11 available tables 6 of them were dirty and full of cups and plates so causing limited places to sit! Staff out the back on their mobiles instead of working!! Come on Starbucks sort it out! More training needed I think!
Clean Starbucks with different decorations ( lights and space was not very dark like most of the Starbucks). Lady working there was friendly. It’s great place to go after shopping. Coffee was usual Starbucks coffee.

Highly recommend! The girl that served me was so lovely, told me about the app and the cakes that were priced at £1 for the day. My drink was lovely, much better than when I get it in the Basingstoke Starbucks.
