   We came back after a late night at around 8:15 and went on their website to place a takeaway order. It said it would arrive in half an hour. Decent, I thought. But half hour later, was not here yet. I called and found out that they had not even started cooking it yet! Outrageous. Then an hour later, they tell me they forgot. 9:45 now! In the end, my husband just made us pasta instead. Much better experience. When we finish our pasta, our order FINALLY arrives. I had no intention of eating any of it anymore that I looked at the cold, mushy curry and threw the whole thing in the bin. Don’t take away from here, you’d be better off spending time cooking your own food.

   The delivery was exceptionally fast, and the gentleman who handled the order was both polite and professional. However, the food quality fell far short of expectations, failing to meet the standard I had hoped for. A real disappointment.

   The food quality was appaling despite the nice smell when i first walked in. The meat was chewy and tastless. The rice was from the day before and poorly warmed up. I think there is a disconnect between the quality of the chiefs and the quality of food provided by the owner. Really not worth it

   Ordered at 6.40pm. By 9pm no order. Having called them at 8.15 to query the order to be told it was still sitting there having not even been cooked and would be half an hour. Stated it was delivered on Deliveroo which was a lie. Called them again at 8.50pm to be told the driver had left 15 mins ago. My daughter had given up waiting and ordered food from Pizza Express 8.30pm and was eating her food by 9. It takes ten mins max to get to our house from Wokingham. They lied on the phone, they lied to Deliveroo they had delivered, we finally got our order at 9.10 and it was the wrong rice and missing two nan breads,

   Ordered a treat for the family. Spent £50.00 and we were all looking forward to it coming. When it did come it was 25 mins later. I could let that go being New year's days. The food was cold had to reheat it ourselves. Couldnt salvage the chips. ( £5.00) thrown in the bin. When I called got nothing but excuses. Sorry won't be going here again. Shame.
