Nice restaurant. The staff, especially Tom, were very friendly. The food was well sized and tased nice. The prices are at the upper end of a pub price, but not too unreasonable for a good restaurant. The restaurant is in a Marriott Hotel (Delta) in a very nice location and setting, with a nice walk around the building grounds.

Took my good lady there for our wedding anniversary. The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The food was really well presented and full of taste. My wife had a cut of steak an commented that it was among the best she'd ever had. The grill is in a nice area of the hotel and was just perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely go again. Well done!

I should have heeded the warnings about eating here, but with a many day stay we ended up here in the evening once for drinks and risked ordering a snack. It didn't go well. I looked at the menu, wanting something healthy and also substantial enough. Noted the hummus with toasted pita and vegetables, and noted the 856 kcal. Considering a full size tub of hummus has about 400 calories I figured this would be plenty of snacks for us. What came out was a tablespoon of hummus (see photo) with a little piece of cold pita and some vegetables. I pointed out that it was enough maybe for a 4 year old child they took it back to the kitchen and said this is what it is. The menu is incredibly inaccurate, the pricing is inappropriate, and they couldn't even make it right when pointed out. Fail. We definitely will continue to eat elsewhere during our stay.

It started badly and got worse. The place was empty apart from one couple, and we were seated 18 inches from them !!! We were then told we had less than 1.5 hours to have our pre-booked 3-course meal !!! I've now also checked the immoral small print, and a time limit wasn't mentioned there either. We walked out. What a load of rubbish.

I've spent a whole week at the hotel, and had most of my meals at this restaurant. The food was great, especially their stakes and pasta options. The staff members were all so lovely and super helpful. The portions were generous and reasonably priced, I would definitely eat here again :) Not sure what problems did this place have in the past that resulted in not-the-best reviews, but all of that seems to be resolved now.

Having stayed at the hotel for a week Iβve been delighted with the food. The mac and cheese is DIVINE! Better than the Hawksmore in london! The rib eye steak was very good, cooked perfectly to how I like it. The staff are delightful a particular mention for both Tilly and Martyna!

The restaurant didn't have a record of our reservation. Our confirmation email had to be found on a phone to prove we made the booking. No apologies given and we were asked to go to a table in the bar to wait. I ordered multiple drinks at the bar but the white wine spritzers caused the issues. I asked for two white wine spritzers with lemonade. I've never had a problem ordering these anywhere else. The wine went in but the lady behind the bar filled a tumbler with soda water and added it to the wine. I reiterated that I wanted lemonade. She said that spritzers are soda water. So I said that I had asked for lemonade instead. She became rude and defensive here and told me again that spritzers have soda water. I apologised but I reinforced that I had asked for lemonade in the first place instead. She wasn't very happy about it and I came away with a sour experience. The hotel manager was good enough later to deduct the drinks from our bill by way of an apology about the attitude I had received. We were sat at a restaurant table eventually but waited a while for menus. We asked for them eventually. Food was good but I agree with other reviews over the price vs quality. No one asked us if the food was ok. Or asked us if we needed more drinks. Not a very pleasant experience. I don't go out of my way to make a complaint normally. But it wasn't acceptable.

Beware the masters of meat experience detailed on the menu is not the experience I had. I ordered the rump steak medium rare which turned up and was 50% inedible full of elastin and un broken collagen. After a few minutes of the plate sliding over the table as I tried to cut the meat with my steak knife (That I had to ask for) I decided I'd send it back. The waitress was very helpful but then returned to the table to inform me from the kitchen that I ordered rump steak and it was supposed to be like that.....the masters of meat clearly know what they're talking about. They agreed to change it and offered me a sirloin which was better but not great. Not a great customer or culinary experience.
