   Visited from Nottingham with some family friends. It was a wonderful experience from the hospitality, the food and the general ambience. Thank you so much to Harry and Jubel for making it a memorable evening. They went above and beyond and treated us like VIP guests. It's also nice to know that you can finish the meal with a proper cup of desi chai, rather than having to go to a specialist chai place. Oh and btw all the food we ordered was delicious. Looking forward to our next visit

   We ordered big plate of different Indian dishes The Badshah Platter and we wasn't dissapointed at all. All food was tasty, especially masala chips and Malai Garlic Tikka bought me :) We had to wait around 30min to get food but we didnt feel that to be honest. Price was fair enough for 4 people. We didnt order any desserts as we were full. Definietly recommend this place, will back next time for sure.

   Amazing food with a competitive price. I love variety of starters. Main course very delicious. Excellent and profesional service delivered by the staff. Cosy and beautiful surrounding. Even toilet is beautifully decorated, clean. The only thing to improve is the waiting time for the food to arrive, just a little longer than expected/average restaurant time. Overall still deserve 5 stars.

   We went to Tarka, this was my first ever time visiting. Amazing Staff, amazing quality food. I was shocked this was my first time visiting and missing out on such an amazing quality. I can't recommend this restaurant enough!! The food was beautiful. They ask if you want your food spicy or if you like it mild. They serve you a starter which was complimentary!!!! Your food arrives really fast. The mix platter that we ordered was still sizzling when it arrived to our table (just shows how fresh your food is arriving on your table) It is halal, they do not serve alcohol but have great drinks which is alcohol free! They had amazing desserts on display, which as I'm on a diet I missed out on. The restaurant looks very nice for a date night. They had music playing in every language which I loved. Definitely somewhere I'm going to visit frequently now.

   This is a restaurant with a great dining experience！The food was delicious and served quickly, and I loved the complimentary snacks with four different flavors of sauces. The slow-cooked leg of lamb is tender and juicy, and the spiciness is just right for me, making it my favorite dish. Thanks so much to Shiraz, MIJ and another tall, thin and spirited gentleman (Sorry I don’t know his name) for their warm and professional service. All in all, this is a great restaurant for family and friends.

   Delicious authentic Pakistani food. 1kg of lamb Korai can serve up to 10 people. The price is reasonable and staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended - definitely worth a visit.

   This place is amazing, midge, Harry and jubel were incredible the bar man who made the mocktails did such a good job. So welcoming, the food was delicious, such a relaxed but fun environment the variety on the menu is something I've not seen before I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! You will not be disappointed, thank you so much for a wonderful evening, couldn't do enough for us. We will be back soon xx

   This is the go to place for the best indian food in Derby. My mum will probably be upset for me saying this, but this restaurant serves the most authentic Indian home style food that Derby has been lacking for many years. The ambience, the decor, the service and the food are amazing. Great service combined with the best quality and tasty Indian food makes for an amazing night. Absolutely out of this world.
