Lacklustre performance. After spending 12 hours in the 24/7 Keddleston library, I was very much looking forward to my Subway Sandwich. Once my eyes reached the day old, translucent vegetables, my optimism faded and the bitter pill of disappointment, was jammed down my gullet. However, I was very hungry, so I still ate, now I am ashamed of myself. At the end of the day, it was still subway, so it escapes one star status.
Terrible service this morning, burnt sandwich in toaster and then waited until end to tell me that it was cash only. By the time i had been to the cash machine sandwich was cold. Vegetables looked slimy and brown like they had been in the counter all night
