   Going down hill from when they opened. Buffet is a poor Chinese style, pricey and the Thai food that was there had sat under a heat lamp for too long leaving it skinned and salty. Decor is questionable, along with their passive aggressive stickers notes. And no Pad Thai left, 15 minutes after ordering prompting the review. Its a shame as when you take all the Chinese options off their menu the few Thai options left are pretty good (although not as authentic as madam mews Aberdeen) Seemed to be spending money on weird tech and “cash only” but they do take card. Best for a takeaway wouldn’t dine in.

   Friday 29th December my wife and I had a sit down meal. It was the set meal for 2 . The food was delicious and the service was excellent. This is not the first time we have been here and we will certainly be back. Ken does a great job at cooking and his sister makes a very nice cheesecake.

   Stopped here on the way home from Inverness. The food was so good and excellent service from our server. Ask for Thai spicy and the chef certainly did. I would highly recommend this place. The papaya salad was so good.

   Last night I celebrated Mother’s Day with my Mum, wife and son at Mai Thai. It was our first time last night and definitely won’t be my last. Food was absolutely delicious, so much flavour and authentic. Food portion sizes are very generous. We waited a bit for our food to arrive however it’s totally understandable when it’s such an important day of the year. Very busy dining in and also mega busy with the takeaways/deliveries. I wish them success and carry on being busy. Very friendly staff and the chefs came across as nice people as well. Will definitely be back for more food.

   Absolute disaster! I don't know who the owner is but they committed business suicide here tonight! Place was chaos! Concentrate on either being a restaurant or a takeaway as you certainly cannot do both! Too many staff (and hangers on) milling about or propping up the desk making it look untidy and unprofessional, though this was probably due to them having to wait till the kitchen produced the food for them to serve - speaking of unprofessional, the woman who looked to be front of house manager openly accused a customer who had waited a long, long time for takeaway of not paying when they finally got their food and was at the door, they had to come back in with receipt - shocking! Not to mention highly embarassing! Not once were we offered an explanation or apology for the extensive delay, or any other compensation and neither did anyone else dining or waiting for takeaway! The only plus, was the food (when it finally arrived), was hot and tasty. However, such was the chaos half of us were finished our starter before the others and the chips we ordered (to go with main course) arrived when we were finished - never had chips for dessert before! This was meant to be my Mothers Day Treat, but not even with the 'in-house entertainment' could it have been called a treat!

   Tonight was the first and last time we will order food from here. Such a shame as we had been recommended by family. Unfortunately the staff are not trained and there is absolutely no process, place is a complete shambles. Note to the owners:- here’s an offer I don’t give out often. I’m happy to train your staff and help you organise the place , because without guidance I’m afraid I don’t think you will last that long! It’s simple , customer order’s and pays for food, they come to collect , get home eat food , enjoy and repeat! But if you can’t get the order’s right then you will never accomplish the rest!

   I don’t know whose writing these reviews but that was by far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever tasted! It was that bad they got boiled rice wrong yes rice wrong it was glue and unedible not even the dog would eat it and all the other dishes where watery and the chicken and sweetcorn over salty glupey terribly disappointed and won’t go there again

   Really enjoyed our first meal here! We had a mixture of chow meins and a pad thai and it was really tasty and good portions. Great customer service. Cannot recommend enough!

   Absolutely delicious food - freshly prepped in time for collection. Very generous portions. The prawn toast, massamam curry, chicken pineapple rice and pad Thai were all really tasty. The munchie box was huge and a really nice mix of choices. Will be back!
