   We normally use for takeaways which have always been good. The restaurant has only just reopened the eat in recently so thought let's give it a try. Wow. Fantastic!!!! The food was so fresh and the crispy squid was amazing. All the food was as we expected and more. Support this lovely restaurant and very friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely be returning.

   The best Thai food we’ve had! My partner and I are die hard Thai food fans, we have tried multiple restaurants across the South Coast and Pan Tip is by FAR the best. We aren’t local but we are more than happy to travel for the food. The owner is so lovely, so welcoming and friendly. The food is phenomenal. So authentic. We rave about this place to everybody we know!

   I don't recommend this place for takeaway. We were waiting about two hours. And when the food arrived was simply terrible, according to the presentation and taste. The chicken was hard and tasteless and noodles completely chewy and sticky. Anyway a picture is worth a 1000 words
