Great food, quick service after pre order and all items labelled making distributing a group order much easier. Chicken tikka wrap is unreal.
Overpriced and not the quality to match unfortunately. £12.35 for a mini fish, chips and a large curry sauce. Problem is I have been here before many times and according to the price list I was given a medium chips, judging by the amount of actual chips in the box, it was a tiny amount and less than what I got previously for a small portion. Go figure!!!
Food is cooked fresh if having burgers ect, Hot just takes a while to get food other that that very nice. Can park across the road now spaces outside
We are from out of town visiting relatives. We have often had fish & chips when over here & they have always been fine. Tonight my husband's fish was absolutely disgusting, it looked more like a sausage in size & shape, plus there was barely any fish inside (pictures added) for £8:20 it was daylight robbery. Never again. ☹️
Visited for the first time and probably the last one! Ordered chicken Mediterranean kebab, the meat was very dry and tasted like leftovers from few day before! Only the chips were ok, half of the tray went to the bin! Waste of money, very disappointed!
Some of the staff have attitude, fish is very oily I can literally see alot of oil dripping. Customers in the shop prioritised last compare to online deliveries. Very expensive.
First time visiting, there was no queue, my Mum and myself stood at the counter, waiting to be served, 4 staff, not one acknowledged us and just carried on clearly doing their delivery orders, they didn't look at us once, if they had said 'sorry, be with you as soon as we can' I would have no issue, but the rudeness! After literally 5 minutes, we walked out, still no acknowledgement!
I'm a visitor to the area as my son moved to Derby for work, the chop shop is not far from him and we've used it a few times in my visits down there. The food is of a very good standard and quite a large choice I might add. Staff are polite and work very hard to complete your order as quickly as they can without compromising the quality of the food.
