Ordered food 2 hours ago, app says delivered, erm, where because it isn't at my house. Left numerous messages for them to call back and they either don't answer or they leave the phone off the hook. Absolutely disgusting and ruined our Christmas Eve. Well, after years of loyal custom you have lost us now. Absolutely disgraceful.
The food was very nice, loads of flavour but had to reheat it when it came nearly 2hrs late.
1st time users. Nice greeting, ordered meal for 1, twice. Took 5-7 mins to cook, complimentary prawn crackers. Portion size good, meal nice and hot when we got home. Very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Ordered for delivery via JustEat (delivered by restaurant drivers). Food arrived nearly 2 hours after ordering and was subpar at best. Chips were completely over done and lots of them had black and green bits on them. Sweet and sour sauce was vinegary and really runny not like any sweet and sour I have had from a Chinese takeaway before. The chicken in the curry looked and tastes like it had been frozen and wasn't fresh, the same with the chicken balls. Finally the salt and pepper chicken didnt taste like salt and pepper chicken and had very little flavourings. The two good items were the plain noodles and the egg fried rice. Definitely won't be ordering from here again despite their high rating on JustEat.
Probably had this takeaway 10 times and it’s always brilliant. A lot of the negative reviews are about delivery — I’ve never had an issue because I always collect. Would recommend!
Very disappointed tonight having used this takeaway for the last year, many times, only to be told they were too busy and would not be taking our order. Not really the way to treat regulars. Time to try another Chinese takeaway.
Ordered through just eat took 2hrs to be delivered if I could of cancelled I would very poor service.By the time it came,it was bed time not tea time will not be ordering again
A decent tasting dishes are served here. Not the best but is better than average. Soup became watery when we reached home. Not much chicken add. Chicken Fried rice was good. Chicken in black pepper sauce was missing carrots, capsicum. Did not have enough black pepper so definitely not hot enough as mentioned. Salt and pepper chicken wing did not have enough pieces. It had a generous quantity of msg and chilli peppers. Mings Court fared better in comparison but a bit expensive. They definitely have potential to do better.
Very quick delivered. The food is super hot and is exactly what i have ordered. I will comeback again.
