   Been going here since I started living in the area. No Chinese takeaway I have been to anywhere in the country beats it. Never in my 100s of visits have I been disappointed. Do not be fooled by the standard exterior. Best prawn toast you can ever get and my personal favourite is the chicken in Szechuan.

   Far and away, the best takeaway in Derby. Even though we no longer live in Alvaston, we still come here for our Chinese food. Even though they've had to put their prices up recently, we believe it still represents the best value around.

   I had the char sui pork in jung pao sauce with chips and curry sauce. I thought kung pao was supposed to be spicy? But there was no hint of spicy, it just tasted like sweet and sour? Perhaps it was a mistake? ALthough, on second glance the entire menu seems geared towards 'sweet' dishes. I hate sweetness so this place will not be for me. The pork tasted very... old, with an unpleasant aftertaste. The chips were ok, though Li's fish bar has astronomically better chips. The curry sauce was meh. Never tried curry sauce before so no reference.

   This is my favourite Chinese takeaway in Derby. I've tried most of the Chinese takeaways here, and this one beats them by a mile! They've also got very good prices compared to others, and very good portion sizes. I am now a regular :)

   Honestly I expected something a bit better but it was a big disappointment. Soup was watery and didn't have enough seasoning The veg noodles and pepper chicken was very much below average. The Singapore fried rice was not as expected. The only thing good was the hot wings. If you want to taste something better, try mings Court Chellaston
