   I've ordered from Lotus House through uber eats several times and the food is absolutely delicious every single time! Can't recommend them enough, the house special curry is my favourite with the spicy sweet and sour chicken balls. Incredible!!

   Ordered via Food Hub for the first time, told 20 mins so as only 19 mins walk to go collect i headed off. I arrived just as i got the text to collect. Told woman my order, name, she showed me the order receipt i said yes. I noticed a foil tray with food in on the side so i thought just been dished up. Yet to be covered. I got home the food was dry, hardly ant Peking sauce, was one big lump, congealed, took a mouthful and it was cold!!! Thought im not even going to bother microwaving it! So contacted Food Hub whom were very apologetic. Listened to what i had to say. They contacted Lotus House according to LH i was 15 mins late hence why it was cold. Funny that did they not think food left uncovered not kept in a,warning cabinet would make food cold! Also i had arrived just as i got the text to collect. The Takeaway obviously was awarded the 3 food rating from Derby City Council for a reason obviously food hygeine isnt excellent and matches the fact they take no responsibility and call customers liars. Used to.be a good takeaway i stopped going because of covid, and upon easing up went to Taste House in Allenton as LH didn't reopen immediately. Im guessing change of ownership with poor ratings, reviews, presentation of the premises and the production of the food! I won't be using Lotus House again that is for sure They also have the audacity to charge a sneaky 50p service charge! Also you are supposed to get free prawn crackers but you did not!

   Ordered a few meals. House special Chow main is terrible. 6 small pieces of dry, old and overcooked meat with a massive bunch of pasta. Definitely not worth the money. I didn't paid for pasta with sauce. I paid for a meal.

   Staff are rude and the owner is clearly emotional we ordered £68 worth of food that was cold and inedible got a refund off of justeat as food was terrible and now my address has been black listed and they won’t deliver there so poor service for a over priced Chinese
