Worst KFC in the country. Ordered a 6 piece bargain bucket and got 6 drumsticks!! The cheapest cut possible am appalled don’t both go into the shell garage instead and get a sandwich
Avoid this place. Surly service and the worst food quality I think I have experienced. The store was empty, but clearly serving customers was not a priority. We just wanted a takeaway. So ordered a family meal. The tillperson threw the fries into the bag, so when we got home, everything was spilled. The fries were brown, which is a sign of old, burnt, bitter cooking oil. That turned out to be true as you could not taste the "Colonel's secret recipe" because all you could taste was burnt, old oil. The chicken, like the fries wasn't golden, it was dark brown, almost black. These chain restaurants have standards and processes for ensuring consistent quality. But clearly the standards book hasn't even been opened in this store! We will never go back here, and I advise you don't bother either. There's a new Subway across the carpark. Go there instead.
Literally the worst KFC I've been to. I returned my chicken because it was still pink inside. Instead of getting another one, they overcooked the one i returned. I was sick for the following 2 days. Definitely not going back there.
Food was fine, very long wait considering the lack of customers. Very VERY cold inside, I was shivering with thermal under clothes on. Didn't stay in to eat like we had originally planned and instead ate in the car.
It was clean and tidy orded at self service machine and it was broke no sign on it or anything, told staff member behind the till said passed it on to her manager she did, manager didn't give a s**t. Three more people went up to the machine and used it, and none of them were happy. Food was OK for KFC. Nothing special eeverthing had flavour, unlike other's been to where can be bland.
Really disappointed, waited over three hours after ordering on Deliveroo for a kids treat. Turns out there were no drivers. Ended up driving to KFC myself to collect, manager refused to give me the food and said it had to be delivered by Deliveroo - the large order that had gone cold while waiting so it was binned by staff in front of me. No refund given by either Deliveroo or KFC as they kept blaming each other as it had passed the preparation stage not to mention the upset children- NEVER AGAIN!

This is the best KFC,although I wouldnt Class it as Derby, probably class it more as willington as it's closer. Drive thru and sit down. Very fast service. No sooner have you handed your money over they're handing your food over too! Order correct all the time so far, piping hot and done to perfection. KFC at Derby Meteor centre , Wyvern and Foresters all got the orders wrong and the chicken was all bone and burnt to a crisp!! So Stick to the Derby/willington KFC.
Had a nightmare to be honest with ye. Walked in without a second thought, ordered at the self service technological device and 20 minutes later I got my food. In between ordering and receiving my chick chick I encountered an aggressive female who claimed she had received the wrong order, gone home and opened it up, only to find it wasn’t what she wanted. She was abusive to the staff and I felt sorry for them, for a bit. Majorly under staffed and a little under trained I think
