   We've used Sweet Retreat embarrassingly often since our move last year. Can't fault them or we wouldn't keep coming back! Amazing desserts and the delivery drivers are always polite and friendly. Delivery is usually super fast, but occasionally there's delays during busy times and on those occasions we're always kept up to date and they will occasionally even send an extra goodie to apologise - just getting a call to say they're late is more than you'd get from most takeaways! Great people, great food, great service.

   BRILLIANT I will never order anywhere els this place is the best for deserts they did our order quick and delivered it hot they gave us something free to correct a mistake from the burton store this is by far the best, the manager call me himself to sort out my order, nice personal touch and I canot praise them enough very understanding pollite and willing to help! Thank you Etwall Sweet Retreat! I will always be going here from now on.

   Appalling service. Food arrived with hair in. Upon complaining, they offered a replacement if we collected which we accepted. They made out we were lying about the hair; a short curly white hair, when mine is long and brunette. The replacement looked awful in comparison to the original. I would not ever order from here again. Not worth the trips and aggro.

   Delicious desserts enjoyed by all with prompt contact free delivery. Only didn’t give 5 stars as my daughters mini sundae was missing the sprinkles and marshmallows promised by the menu. 2nd time we’ve ordered and would use again.
