   Bought a box of cookies today 8/11/2025 at 1610H. I noticed your staff using the same gloves on taking customers money and use it to prepare food. As soon as my turn to order, he used the same gloves when prepping my cookies; I told the staff right away what he’s been doing. You’re in a hospital branch so don’t think that the customers won’t notice these little things as infection prevention and control plays a major role in the healthcare industry.

   Bread is always stale rock hard crust, always new staff scared of salad and sauce.. ye mate of course 3 shreds of lettuce for 12 inches is enough.. Can see why subway is struggling bread like rocks

   SO SLOW! There was no haste at all from the server, despite their being a large que. 7mins to serve 2 sandwiches. Imagine being 5th person In that que. Then made multiple mistakes on the order, starting to make wrong Sandwhich on the wrong bread. Then once out the toaster was told clearly no extras on the footlong and gherkins on the 6". Immediately puts gherkins on the footlong for the person who hates gherkins. Server just did not listen to anything that was said, or if they did then didnt take it in.

   Lots of great food. Service was brilliant. Only one worker holding the fort. He managed to serve 10 customers on his own with the same level of service we see at other restaurants. He listened and made sure the order was correct. A lot of pressure on him but I would recommend based of the service received. Name unknown. Date we visited 15/3/2025

   Disgusting place and never will come again and would not recommend to come here after 5pm. I came here at 7pm and my findings are below - Nachos offered without cheese Ran out of sauce, no salads for the bread. Spoiling the name of subway by taking franchise in the derby hospital.

   The staff here are really badly trained. The sandwiches are so inconsistent. They put a random amount of salami and often way too many. Never seen such a random subway, they seem to just make it up as they go along and sometimes don’t even wrap the sandwiches properly. I guess it’s better than nothing…

   Leah and Robyn (sorry if the spellings are wrong) were so kind and helpful. They really cheered me up after a rubbish day in hospital. Food was great and the service was perfect.

   Very unreliable opening hours times change basicly every day with a note on the door. If you can’t maintain constant hours don’t advertise them very disappointing after being stuck on a ward all day leaving at 6:15 to find out it shut at 6 and not 10 multiple days

   Shop was open today but not serving people due to staff shortage. Very strange. They should have kept it closed if they were thin on staffing rather than keeping it open and turning hungry people away!
