   Ordered food a few weeks ago and was missing some of the meat we'd paid for. Called up and they politely offered us a free kebab next time we ordered. Ordered again tonight and reminded them about their offer from last time whilst ordering more food as well ( which we paid for). However, when it arrived we were then missing half of the food we had ordered as well as it all being cold. We called them up and were met with really tude and poor customer service to then get told we hadn't ordered the food we'd paid for. Its such a shame because we have been regular customers for years and used to think they were one of the best around. However, after today's experience we will NEVER be using them again.

   If I could give a zero star I would. We ordered a mixed kebab a few weeks ago and some of the meat was missing. When we called we were told next time that kebab would be free. We ordered again tonight but didn't get our full order. When we called them they were adamant we didn't order the missing food. We have ordered many times before but never again. Poor customer service.

   Like people have previously said, been loyal customers for years. Just had a mixed kebab, the shish meat was like boot leather, chicken tikka dry and doner meat cold. Asked for plenty off salad don't think they understand that. Won't be using or recommending anyone again

   Would give this place zero stars if I could. Placed and order took over an hour to be delivered it arrived cold, burnt and the food was all incorrect. Called to complain and was told everyone that had placed an order had also complained. Staff on the phone were rude and didn’t care to resolve the problem

   Donner meat rubbery, lamb shish none existent, naan with a huge burnt hole. £14 delivered. First and last order for me.

   I had a lamb korma and nan from here. I really enjoyed the curry, it was a good consistency and not too watery or oily. The nan was delicious and larger than a dinner plate. Price was good for the quality.

   I have never been spoken to, in my life, how a member of the staff at this takeaway spoke to me tonight, the rudest man, all because he said that I shouldn't have ordered delivery because I was too far away (the app accepted my order?) Nobody came to the house, no body knocked on the door yet he said he had tired to ring me from outside my house but my number wouldn't work. very strange. After beeing shouted at for at least 5 minutes by the rudest man i have ever come across we had to go and fetch our food and then they wouldn't refund our delivery charge. Never ever again . Terrible service.

   Used mackworth baltinfor delivery 3 times a week. Normally excellent food and service. The last delivery was left outside and crushed (pizza) took it back to shop even though we had ordered for delivery. Staff apologised and organised a second pizza to be delivered. The second pizza was left outside and was soaked when we found it as yet again the inept delivery driver hadn't followed our instructions off original order. Rang shop again and was told "don't worry will give you a free pizza next order". Just rang to place the next order and was told they wouldn't honour this. Staff rather rude on the phone. Needless to say will not be ordering again from mackworth balti.

   Not been to Mackworth Balti for a fair few years, great to see its still going and still doing lovely curries. I went with a Chicken Tikka Masala and a Peshwari naan. The Tikka has large chunks of good quality chicken in it and the Masala sauce was very good. I love their massive Peshwari Naans. Very happy with the curry and friendly service. I used their online ordering and collection was ready in about 20mins. Highly recommended.
