   Came for dinner, it was at 9pm so understandable if staff are a little quiet and done out, but we found the service really quite bad. Our server was unfriendly, rude, impatient and unhelpful. Not great. The food was good but quite expensive for what it is. My wine was warm but nothing a couple ice cubes couldn’t fix, however we did get charged £2 for a dash of soda in the wine, which is fine but weird and tight. On a better note the loos were very nice.

   Toni Server extremely attentive and caring. Assuring all allergy needs are met, warm and inviting. Lovely foods 10/10 service a great asset to the staff. Fab festive menu and good value.

   I ordered via the User Eats app and the delivery arrived without any issues. The food was still hot, which was great, but unfortunately my two servings of tiramisu had completely melted and leaked onto the other food packaging. They really should have been placed in a separate bag. Overall, this was very disappointing, and I would like a refund for these two items. Awaiting a refund.

   Andrea was absolutely amazing!!!! She was one of the very few servers that I have ever wanted to give a tip to (but I had no cash on me). I loved her and she was so kind and helpful. Made our stay great❤️❤️ Great service Andrea. I hope to see you around sometime!

   We went to Zizzi for a company dinner. We enjoyed several table starters as well as individual plates. The food was fantastic and we had great service. Among our dishes was lasagna, and one of their new specials and ask were very good. The lasagna was served in a piping hot pan and took quite a bit of time to cool. Be very careful to let it cool if you order this dish! We had a great overall experience.

   Food was nice enough. The garlic bread is excellent. The total bill was quite pricey for what it is though. Service wasn't the best - we felt we were always struggling to get someone to come over.

   We had 3 different servers which was strange but the last server was amazing. The sharing platter we had definitely took the cake and was the highlight of the dinner. The toilets were very impressive. Only reason it's not 5 stars as the food took over 40 min to arrive and we feared we would miss our movie.

   First visit to Zizzi with my partner. Great service, lovely decor and the food was hot, delicious and very enjoyable. The flavours tantalised the taste buds, the quality of food was A++. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu! Thank you.

   The food was amazing and the staff were ever so friendly and welcoming. This is arguably the best Italian restaurant and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
