One star because the chicken tikka kebab tasted like I'd licked the inside of a barbecue. No taste of chicken tikka, just ash. Won't be back.
Masala Hut in Derby is outstanding. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The food is absolutely delicious—full of authentic flavour, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The whole experience feels thoughtful and high-quality, and it’s clear the team takes real pride in what they do. Just received our order the curry had leaked out all over the rest of the food think they were to tight to use another bag the food was bland and tasteless have to say that is the worse curry ever think I would have had more flavour if I had brought a jar of curry from sainsbury
Food tasted absolutely fantastic and nothing was missing. Delivery arrived in less that 40 min that was promised. Will definitely order again thanks very much
Shocking service! On ordering told between 40min- 1hr, no worries. (At 6.18pm) Giving them clear directions how to find us ! waited 1hr 40 minutes to tell me that their driver was on their way and looking for our driveway , I decided to stand outside on main road looking for driver for 20 minutes and calling them many times to tell us he’s on his way! After many many calls food arrived, cold and not the great at all ! . My Advice is update your sat navigation system at least !!
Been using prems for years brilliant service and food. Had a takeaway the last few weeks and always having to ring for missing food. Last night was the last time we order can't complain about the food still very nice but service is poor. From point of order to finally getting all of what we ordered took 2 hours wanted to eat as a family but couldn't and when missing items arrived food was cold. Complains to delivery driver and he didn't care told him that's the last time we will order an just walked off.
