   I’m a regular customer at this Taco Bell, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered a burrito, and the quantity was much smaller than expected. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu. For the price, I expected something closer to what they advertise, not a burrito that felt half-filled. I hope they improve the portion sizes and match the quality shown in their photos.

   Hygiene is below par. I wonder how did these guys manage a 5 star food hygiene rating. Atmosphere is bad with uncleaned tables and leftovers lying around. We can skip talking about service for now coz it doesn’t exist. I genuinely wonder if this is a real taco bell or a mock one? Forgot to click crunchy taco picture which was worst. Quesadilla is .. well look at the picture… overall not worth at all!

   I visited Taco Bell and was very disappointed. The dining area was dirty: tables were not cleaned, the floor was sticky, and there were hardly any customers — clearly, no one was taking care of the place. I ordered a taco, burrito, churros, and fries. The food was dry and tasteless, really unpleasant to eat. The only thing that tasted good was the fries. To make things worse, the restroom was closed even though the restaurant was open. Overall, a very negative experience. I do not recommend this place.

   Not a good experience at all. We ordered a beef wrap, with chicken as an add on. We received the food cold, with barely any chicken in there - literally the stingiest amount I have ever seen, it was all salad and bread. When we told them they forgot to add the beef, they said we didn’t add it on to our meal, and they wouldn’t do anything about. We were still hungry after finishing our meal. The place was filthy, all the tables were dirty with leftover food from previous customers. The drink station was a complete mess. Could barely find a decent place to sit. A quick sweep and wipe of the tables would have been good. Despite all of this, the food did taste good; especially the fries. Unfortunately, we will not come back. This was a disappointing experience.

   I was served by Waheeda, very professional and very welcoming. I think it's awesome that you can watch your food being prepared through the glass windows I think it's awesome that you can watch your food being prepared through the glass windows. Food is always awesome especially the volcano meal deal thing.

   So I visited in the evening and my chips were cold. A member of the staff made a big issue from changing a hard taco to a soft taco in the set meals as she was clearly trying to make me spend more money as I would of had to purchase my children's food individually. This was eventually sorted by one of the managers, who confirmed that it was ok to change the taco skins in the set meal.

   My first time trying the famous Taco bell. Me and 2 friends bought 2 burritos and one quessadila box. Super small portions for the money and we all 3 got sick the next day. Diarrhea. Cannot be a coincidence, the food is rubbish. Enjoy Taco Bell.

   Visited taco Bell for the first time with my best friend after doing some Christmas shopping, we used the order machine to make our orders was easy to use, very impressed with the layout and it didn't take long to get our food. Wasn't very busy when we was in there . The food was nice and warm and warmed us up.

   Nice food, unfortunately not much chicken in the dishes, plenty of salad though. Chips had a peculiar taste, were only lukewarm unfortunately. No ketchup available either. I was expecting a crunchy taco, but it was actually rather soggy, quite disappointing. The Taco Bell in Southampton is much better.
