   Service was ridiculous. We came on a saturday, took them 3 tries to take one packet of fries and give it to us. They were just chatting away and not professional at all. I mean the screen is doing the work and all they need is to call and call! Jesus. Will never go back.

   Came in for lunch and ordered the beefy melt. Halfway through eating I saw the staff draining the beef through a sieve into the sink! I am absolutely appalled. Disgusting and unhygienic. I will never be eating from this store again

   Filthy store, tables were covered in food and floors were dirty. Portions are small. Food was not freshly cooked and stale. Only two members of staff, seemingly understaffed. And the manager appears to be very rude to his staff. I love Taco Bell and visit regularly whenever i get the chance but this store has some serious issues. Very disappointing and overall, a terrible experience.

   Probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I love Taco Bell but this one the fries had barely any seasoning, the burrito was tiny and had probs 1 bite of chicken. Don’t come here if you are expecting normal Taco Bell quality!!! So disappointing

   The food is always tasty but more often than not I receive the wrong order or something is missing. Also it tends to be on the cooler side, even if being eaten in, rather than takeaway. I don’t know why, but it consistently happens, which is a real shame because the food itself has a pretty nice flavour.

   I found myself a new favourite... Staff in the Guildford branch are superb and the food is top notch. Totally not what I was expecting and I'm glad I went and worked my way through the menu. The churros are to die for 10/10
