   Absolutely disgusting and inedible. When I phoned to complain about 1: how cold it was delivered 2:how under cooked the so called meat was 3: the over all lack/disgusting taste. I was given all manor of excuses ranging from. A power cut in the kitchen. A overly busy service. And my boss is in London there fore unable to give a refund. Plus talking over me while trying to explain my dissatisfaction and pretending not to understand my words. Avoid avoid at all costs literally £cost and potentially health. Absolutely disgusting in every single way

   Poorest and Worst Customer Service Experience. I received the wrong item on my order. They were not apologetic and they found it funny. I even had food poisoning from the food they served me. They don't even deserve 1 star. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

   It was absolutely rubbish. It used to be good, now it has gone down hill. Items missing in my order and put prawns instead of my curry dish and my wife is allergic to prawns. I phoned up and they redelived my curry and when I opened it and it was all fat no meat . Never going to that place again.

   Always my go to Chinese but not anymore ordered tonight and very disappointed curry had no sauce lol just prawns in a very watery kind of thing pancake rolls had no colour and very doughy called and they said curry sauce was on its way….. 1 hour later meal ruined and still no sauce….. won’t be using this takeaway again…. But I must add delivery time was 60 mins and arrived in 20 so that must say something…..

   Used to be very good. Clear new chef or management as the duck was so dry, not roasted properly at all and had to throw in the bin. As ever with Chinese take outs there is no justice, no offer of replacement or refund despite being loyal customers for 7 years. Will not be coming back.
