This is the most frustrating takeaway in Bracknell. You can rarely get through on the phone. They do not offer a call back facility. The food is great and when you can get through the service is excellent. I have been dialing constantly for 30 mins. I've given up
We occasionally treat ourselves to a Chinese from the Great Wall and love it every time food tastes great and always hot and would highly recommend
It's ok. The food was ok. Nothing special but also not bad. It arrived promptly and the prices are better than others.
Normally our go to chinese for our area. So extremely disappointed at how the food has become. Had our £37 food order friday the 29th August 2025. Their was an off smell from it. On further inspection it came from the egg fried rice, it smelt like the rice hand been cooked in drain or stagnant water. Put us both off our meals and unfortunately wont be returning.
Ordered a mushroom chow mein from here, which is listed on their menu as vegetarian, opened it to find chunks of beef. Avoid if you have any dietary requirements.
Part of order missing and was called a liar by the male phone staff. Took order back and asked if it had been checked he said he didn't know, asked if the manager was there he said he didn't know, asked him if he was the manager he said he didn't know. Asked him how long my refund would be and of course he didn't know. Absolutely appalling customer service
Moved to Bracknell a year ago & have tried various takeaways & this has been by far the best Chinese I have found , great menu, service & food was excellent ,will definitely be using again
Terrible experience all round. Had to ring them 40 times until I got through to them. Man on the phone was rude, when the food got here, everything was covered in grease and I found a bone and a whole onion in my chow mien. This is the first and last time I will be using them. Easily the worst Chinese I’ve ever had. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!
This is our favourite take away and cannot recommend enough. Although can be difficult to get through them on a Friday night, once you do you will be greeted by a lovely gentleman who will take your order. Very polite and precise. Payment can be done over the phone by card or cash. We always order on a Friday evening so one of the busiest days, but the food always arrive within 40 mins max and it’s fresh and excellent. We strongly recommend the salt and pepper ribs as they are delicious. It is also all nicely packed and piping hot. The delivery people are also very kind. Very well done, you never disappoint us and will certainly re-order soon. Thank you
Pretty good Chinese takeaway. It used to be greasy but has got better in the last year. It's gone from 2 to 4 stars for me. It has finally got an allergen menu as well now!! I've added this for you. I hope you find it helpful.
