Purchased a lunch meal deal - Reece served and was smiley and helpful. Jit was very helpful at the till also after I changed my mind on size of meal. Food was delicious. Shop was very clean. Music was a vibe. Overall can’t fault anything.
I had a fantastic experience at Chopsticks Reading! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. Every dish tasted authentic and came out hot and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were great too, offering excellent value for money. The staff were just as impressive. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Their warm service really made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Chopsticks Reading is a must-visit if you want great food paired with excellent service. Highly recommended!
Really enjoyed the service, friendly, helpful staff. Clean seating areas and food was nice. Got a medium box, 5 mini spring rolls with a drink for 10.88 which isn't too bad but still not an everyday lunch time price. Overall... Lovely time
*5/5 Stars* "I stumbled upon Chopstik Noodle Bar last night, and I'm so glad I did! As a noodle enthusiast, I was blown away by the variety of options on the menu and spicy. I opted for the Spicy chicken with noodles , and it did NOT disappoint. The service was also top-notch. Staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, I'm so impressed with Chopstik Noodle Bar. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the flavors are on point. I'll definitely be back!
⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Disappointing Experience The noodles were extremely watery, had a terrible smell, and tasted downright awful. It was a complete mess. Clearly, the people preparing the food were not professional chefs — it felt like a total failure in both quality and hygiene. To make matters worse, the prices are outrageously high for what they’re serving. They even charge £2 more than what such low-quality food is worth. It’s unacceptable. Honestly, they should be ashamed. If they want to keep their business running, they need to hire trained, professional staff who actually know how to cook. Very disappointed — definitely not coming back. One star is even too generous for this place.

Right from the start it was not a good experience, no food was ready , when I ordered food and got to the till they then said oh we not accepting cash, after they put the food in the box, luckily I had my card on me, it was the young lad who served me but no sign to say card payment Plus if it only only just been cooked why was not very hot even when it just had been cooked too
The worstest of all I must say whenever you come over they haven't got any good variety of gravies,and no noodles just thick dry rice ,gravies available are super dry and sweet .Don't want to waste money next time here honestly
Nice packaging. It's neat, compact and recyclable. More food in there than it seems at first. My son is a fussy eater but he loves the chicken here, especially the Korean BBQ. The staff seemed nice.
Visited on 21/10 around 13.30, rudest staff ever, they don’t want people in the restaurant as they seem happy with Deliveroo orders. Egg fried rice residue was served to us and when asked the lady rudely replied to take it or wait for 15 mins. Avoid this restaurant. They should train their staff to be polite.
