   They don’t seem very cheerful. There was a leaf inside, and when I asked what it was, he said, “It’s a leaf.” I mean, I know it’s a leaf — don’t take people for fools!! I didn’t take a photo, but if they want, I can prove it here ..

   Ordered for collection, both items in our order were wrong. Burrito instead of a bowl, wrong salsa used (super hot!) and missing items. Called store and no resolution offered or refund.

   We also look for a Tortilla when we go somewhere new, Bath, Edinburgh, London and now Bournemouth. The food is always consistently nice and gluten-free for me. No complaints with the food. The two people serving, however, could do with learning how to crack a smile.

   Same as another comment I read below regarding the portions. I've ordered twice this week via Uber Eats. The first time I've ordered medium so I thought it was normal to see these gaps in between. However today I've ordered today the LARGE version instead and this is what I've received. You can clearlly see that I did not mix our touched the food on top and all the area missing (around 35 to 40%). Why? Seriously it's so expensive ordering a delivery these days to get this on both bowls PAYING THE FULL PRICE. The food is delicious and there's nothing to complain about, but my advice to people is to order in place and check your portions and if you are ordering online, go for medium instead of large because you are going to get the same. Im so dissapointed.

   This was a pretty bad experience, very plain, very small portion of meat on the on the beef burrito, asked for jalapeño’s but they were not inside, called up and the staff member who made it told the lady on the phone they were. I mean picture pretty much says it all, no sour cream or maybe a very small untastable portion of it and cheese right at the bottom of the burrito, really it felt like it was made with no care. Pretty sad experience for £10+ burrito I’d expect better. Wasted money tbh. Southampton branch is good Bournemouth one though has a lot to be desired. Order no EA3F0

   Went here the first time the other evening and absolutely loved the food! I got the chicken burrito and the was INSANELY filling! Definitely value for money and nice friendly staff!

   Nice place for a bite of lunch, and nice that you can select what to have on your taco or in your burrito. If you want something big and filling, then having the burrito is a better option over having tacos.

   First time in the restaurant / cafe, basic surroundings , the staff were professional and helpful. Enjoyed the food, a naked burrito, which you select yourself. A little expensive but would visit again maybe to get a takeaway.

   Very enjoyable! Lovely staff, special thanks to Maise, Tom and Lucy for putting together my order. Really slick service from the three above and good approach to hygiene! Great tasting Vegan Chilli. All staff seemed knowledgeable of what was and wasn't vegan. Will be back for more!
