   Really enjoy the food at Shangri La. The meat in the dishes is plenty and my favourite are the duck dishes as well the lemon chicken and beef in black bean. I have eaten out but also in. Staff are really friendly and for a takeaway place it has a nice atmosphere.

   Love this place. The food was absolutely amazing. We had a lovely welcome and was served really quick. Would definitely visit again and recommend others to visit. Also, if you left any food, they offer you a container to take it away.

   I have ate here at least once a month for a few years, today however i decided no more will i order food from here. The chicken in the chicken curry was processed rubbery chicken that was so pink that i am concerned i will get food poisoning, the chicken fried rice was made with real chicken but i had to hunt for the tiny bits of it, the chow mien was burnt and the chips are from a frozen packet and half the number of prawn crackers than usual and finally the crispy chilli beef was very dry and chewy with no juice. The price has increased by £3 so i would expect the food to be of a good standard. In fact i have kept the food in a bag in the freezer in case i get sick and this place will be reported

   me and my partner tried out the Sunday all you can eat and honestly could not fault them, the lady serving us went above and beyond, even went as far as playing happy birthday and bringing out a surpise cheesecake and the food was delicious

   Very poor customer service. I do not eat meat, egg or diary, so i ordered mushroom rice as I have done in other Chinese restaurants as normally is fried rice with mushroom. This one came with egg, this was not stated anywhere on the website for containing egg. I called them and the lady on the phone started arguing with me about I should have called or put no egg when ordered. other Chinese restaurants I order from don't put egg in that rice, so how was i to know it would have egg in to tell then not to do... she then told me it was my fault down the phone. Extremely disappointing service

   Just picked up a takeaway from here for the first time and I won't be using them again. Everything was just very bland and mediocre - got the wrong soup order, the chilli beef was just vinegary with no spice and everything else just had no taste (no covid to explain that either!)

   Took two and a half hours to deliver, food was not good, meat had loads of fat. By the time it arrived my kids had gone to bed already and eaten something else. Didn't even refund my delivery fee. There are better local restaurants. I'm not repeating that is for sure
