Just been for my partners birthday meal. Not only is this the best Italian we’ve had, but the best meal we’ve had in a LONG time. Fantastic food, service and ambiance. Wonderful friendly staff. Will travel to come again.
Lovely authentic ambience, soft music playing, cozy inside. Food was utterly delicious, I had seafood that melted in my mouth with a rich buttery sauce, very satisfying. Great portion, and a short wait. Attentive wait staff. Only thing i missed was a nice Rosé, as the two available were not really to my taste, but that's a personal thing. We have been both for a romantic evening and with a family, I would highly recommend for either. We travelled from Basingstoke. There is a parking opposite, however it was closed on the latest occasion, but we found parking on the main street. We made a reservation so there was no wait.

I would highly recommend Amore. I have eaten here several times and I am impressed every time. They have a great selection of wines, authentic, fresh and flavourful food, and mouth-watering desserts. The staff are attentive, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service you receive. One of my favourite restaurants, and definitely worth the drive to get there.
We visited Amore for my mother's birthday meal. This is the first time we have been and we were not disappointed. We were surprised at how far back the restaurant goes, there is plenty of space. It has a lovely atmosphere with classic Italian background music. The staff are friendly and attentive. A great choice of dishes to choose from and the potions are big so you won't go hungry. Pricing is reasonable. I had a starter, main and small dessert along with two appletiser drinks which came to £35. We will definitely be returning.
Simply superb. True Italian food including specials you'd only find here! Friendly, fast service. Beautiful interior decor. Set 3 course lunch is perfect in choice, flavour and price. Set 2 course also available but you'll want all 3 once you see puddings! Highly recommended. Update: good outdoor dining area too!
Spectacular Italian. Amazing value for money, great staff, and such a wonderful Italian atmosphere. You just can't do better for a meal in Overton. EDIT: Also, hands down the best coffee in Overton. This place is just great. EDIT: Came back for another lunch, just stunning.
