   I haven't been to Prezzo for several years. The first thing we were asked was did we have any allergies. A a nice touch I thought. I had the Calzone which was just... ok. Compared to other eateries in the area, I felt the food was overpriced for what it was. With the climate as it is and lots of stiff competition, Prezzo need to up their game. I have a feeling it'll be a few more years before I think about Prezzo again.

   The food was average since I last visited. They've removed my favourite vegetarian pasta dish and not replaced it with anything good. The breaded mozzarella was served on a napkin so the cheese stuck to it. This place has really gone down hill. I only had cash on me because my phone had died and I usually use my phone to pay. My waiter had to go and get the manager. He came over and told us that only this time they could make an exception and said to me very rude and abruptly that there is a sticker on the front door saying card only even though I apologised that my phone was dead. I was then told to never come back unless I could pay with card as they don't take cash. I understood from the beginning and was treated like I was a criminal because my phone had died. I'll be going to Farnborough or Godalming from now on.

   New Year's Eve and coping quite well with bonkers demand. Had to queue fo a while despite booking, bit we were better off than those chancers who had to be turned away. Well staffed with efficient young people who did well ... despite having to manage some errant technology, otherwise would have be 5 stars.

   Dire. Wrong delivery sent. Food was not suitable for us - not our choices and was cold by then anyway. I was Assured order was on its way several times but it never arrived. I was charged for the missing order and my complaint to just eat was not properly investigated and was dismissed. Still trying to get a refund and a decent apology.Not impressed!

   Had a lovely Christmas Eve dinner. Food was good, service was prompt and polite. Had a lovely evening. 29/08/2022 Popped in for an unplanned dinner tonight. Had a lovely meal, starters and mains. Staff were friendly amd efficient. Meal came hot and quickly. 23/10/2023 Above and beyond service tonight. A missed starter, was personally delivered by the manager, that was accidentally missed from our deliver order. 6 stars if it was possible.

   We have just been to this place and I must say without sticking my nose to far up.... they were great.. they changed the menu and didn’t have something I wanted, so the manager said don’t worry, I’ll sort it.. and he did.. thank you so much for such a great service...

   Went at around 1pm very quiet atmosphere very friendly staff seated us straight away and ordered our drinks and received them promptly. great food and loved the sticky toffee pudding very rich, Husband really enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara and would order again.
