Went with family for a meal which included my Grandson who isnt allowed dairy or tomato products. Assistant manager went above & beyond to ensure the food for my Grandson didn't have dairy or tomatoes in it. Very happy with the fantastic service & helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to others & will definitely go again.
visited for lunch with a friend. We allowed 90minutes for food before we had to leave to catch a train. We asked for garlic bread to be served with our pizzas but this came out first. 60minutes later we were still waiting for pizza and had to leave. Such a shame as food normally really good .
Starters of calamari and King Prawn & Gnocchi were excellent and would give 5 stars for these. The pizzas for main though were a little disappointing especial the Chicken & Roasted Peppers which was very sweet and not much flavour the posh pepperoni was a little better though
We had a minor problem that was sorted efficiently and professionally by the manager Ethan. Food was great, service was great, any issues raised were dealt with fabulously. From a party of 5 difficult people to sometimes please, you did a fab job Ethan and chef. Thank you (sad we left our takeaway boxes though )-:)
Worst Prezzo ever, no wonder why is always empty in Bracknell, Waitress was so SO rude for no reason apart of waiting us to order one extra minute!! She then brought our girls a really dirty plate with the garlic bread on it but she refused to change it! and rather started arguing with me that wasn't true although I have even pictures, all of this it was completely unnecessary if there is a sense of good service that clearly she wasn't trained for. Food was so blend and tasteless nothing to do with the other Prezzos around, shame really because all other staff around were so kind and helpful
I come here quite a lot and it never fails to impress. Food is tasty and reasonably priced
The staff were lovely, the food was nice and came out quickly, the garlic bread was a little cold when it arrived.
My mum and i popped in at a quiet hour during the week for cocktails and a late lunch, we missed the busy lunch period so were only ones in there so they said to choose to sit wherever we like which was nice. Service was great, friendly staff, we had a few jokes, quick service and food delicious and hot. Cocktails lovely, great afternoon :)
The staff have all been incredibly friendly and professional on my recent 3 visits to Prezzo. I won’t be rushing back however as they’re limited on good vegetarian options compared to other Italian restaurant chains. The puy lentil salad is nice as is the penne arabiatta but it would be nice to see a few more inspiring dishes on the menu or even a dedicated vegetarian/vegan menu as others have recently adopted. The side dish of broccoli was limp and overcooked- 5/6 stems for £4 is expensive. Love the rocket salad with balsamic glaze and Parmesan.
The four of us had a great family meal here. The menu for the kids was great with healthy choices. The food was piping hot and tasted great.
