   We go for fish and chips often. The food is served quickly often piping hot right from the frier. The fish and chips are good with good quality and amount. Sometimes the batter could have done longer to have more of a crunch to it. This is our go to fish and chip shop. Always enjoy.

   With Chinese foods so readily available in most places and supermarkets, why is a takeaway still worth the trip once or more times a week. For Young's, the answer is the people preparing, cooking and serving your meals. The curry was lovingly home-made from scratch every week, the fish and chips very generous and fresh, and my favourite - Singapore noodles, must equal to the offerings found in Singapore. Many basic supplies now cost many times before like OIL used. So I could appreciate their cost saving initiatives like cash only. I could only be grateful that there are still passionate local Chinese takeaways like Young's.

   Don't go there! Terrible place. Took my young son to get a takeaway and we were completely ignored by the staff, despite being at the front of the queue. When I tried to speak out (in a very polite manner) I was shouted at by the lady behind the counter and told to go to the back of the queue! Very rude people with no manners. Never even got to try the food, walked out after being completely humiliated in front of my little boy. I'll never set foot in the place again!

   Been coming here for years, I love their Fish & chips. Always fresh and tasty. Also love their spring rolls too, great to have a place which does both fish/chips & Chinese food. No need to go anywhere else.
