   I've been ordering from here for years, never really had any issues except for the last 6 months or so when the delivery times got longer and longer and the food started arriving cooler. Yesterday was my final straw - driver left the restaurant 30 mins AFTERy my food was supposed to arrive, and then it was another 45 mins before he came with it - I live at most a 10 mins drive from crown street. When I called to enquire at the 30 mins mark about my food having not arrived the woman on the phone barked "HE'LL BE 5 MINUTES" and then hung up on me! And then the food was stone cold and inedible. Extremely disappointed because I used to really love this Chinese but won't be ordering again.

   Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Customer service. Waited almost 4 hours for food and had called 3 times to chase it up with no response. Was offered no compensation. I do NOT recommend this place unless you want to be waiting and hungry.

   Was sent the wrong dish, phoned and asked for the correct dish to be sent. Was told no. Then she said I'll just give it for free on your next order?? Except, it wouldn't be free - i already paid. Had to argue and phone three or four times to get a refund. Which i never received. Shitty customer service.

   I've just moved to Scotland this week and thought I'd try some sweet and sour chips. Wow. They over packed the chips and gave me a bag with prawn crackers also and all for under £5. The man and all his staff were very pleasant and helpful. I absolutely loved eating this late night meal and would definitely ask people to try them. 5 stars from a British man who loves a good Chinese takeaway. Thanks all.

   AVOID!!! Can hand on heart say, in 56 years on this planet, this is one of the worst Chinese meals I've ever had to throw in the bin. Combination curry and salt n pepper chips. I made sure the lid was down on the bin because i didn't want to kill any seagulls. Disgusting sludge beyond vile.

   Worst experience of take away EVER!! Salt and chili chips covered in salt - tasting as if you are eating a hand full of salt! The aroma duck had bone between the meat causing my tooth to break!!! NO REFUND GIVEN, NO COMPENSATION! SHOCKING!

   After many years of being a loyal customer they have lost my business due to the most incompetent driver ever. New to the job and knows nothing about the city landmarks. Unable to identify a building 50m from where he was which is 9 floors higher than street level. Did not know the war monument. Asked for me to send my location so he could travel 50m. Wow!!!! He was outside Robert Gordons School and could not identify The Point from my description. They can keep their food and I will buy from people who have drivers who know the city!!!!

   Have just moved to the area. Tried a few Chinese takeaways in the last few weeks. Thought I'd give the Golden Crown a go even with all the bad reviews and was really pleasantly surprised. Ordered a sweet chilli chicken and got a nice big tasty portion. Even got a free bag of prawn crackers too. So no complaints. Will order again from here for sure. Top marks. Cheers.

   Absolutely awful, ordered last weekend (was waiting for my refund from just eat) 50 minutes late, when we called up to ask, a lady answered the phone then a man took the phone and told us she didn't know what she was doing, When the food arrived it was stone cold, I would say I am 98% certain the food was heated in the microwave, it all went in the bin. All soggy and damp. The curry had a weird dark oil that had separated from the actual curry. The food was spilt all over the box it came in, absolutely awful take away, very expensive and extremely poor quality, go somewhere else.
